Role Description We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master to join the ELSA program. ELSA is a strategic digitization initiative operating in a SAFe environment with 12 product teams distributed across onshore, nearshore, and offshore locations. The program focuses on application and process automation while establishing a new IT architecture to enable fully automated network enhancement management. In this role, you will support agile delivery across the program, with a strong focus on enabling teams to adopt and apply agile methodologies and tools effectively. Your goal is to foster smooth collaboration, continuous improvement, and reliable on-time delivery in an international environment. Role Description The Lean Coach is responsible for driving deployment, adoption, and sustainment of the GE Vernova Operating Method across the Steam Power Services Nuclear segment. The role supports both regional operations across the Nuclear segment as well as the value stream transformation.
