• Ensure high-quality educational experiences for learners and faculty, focusing on SBL quality and achievement of outcomes. • Engage in the ongoing review of the program, accreditation SBL Outcomes, and learner performance data; identify improvement opportunities based on regular data review. • Prepare and submit analytics reports on a schedule determined by accreditation requirements and/or the school, summarizing findings and recommendations and tracking the impact of implemented changes. • Conduct learner site-based vetting, approvals, and administration. • Approve and Manage affiliation requests. • Manage affiliation database and ensure accreditors' mandates are met. • Serve as liaison with multiple internal cross-functional partners across both Strayer and Capella Universities. • Collaborate with the SBL team, Academic Leadership Team, Program directors, Licensure Team, School Curriculum Committee, Advisory Councils, and other committees as assigned. • Resolve multi-faceted types of problems encountered involving courses, faculty, regulatory or administrative issues. • Maintain communications with preceptors/clinical faculty/clinical coordinators/site supervisors about site vetting, orientations, and evaluations. • Develop and provide SBL faculty and learner orientations/training as defined by university leadership and/or specialized accreditation. • Conduct audits of SBL processes to ensure continuous quality improvement and learner success.
• Primary support and relationship builder for prospective students • Educating prospects about online degree programs, financing, and licensure matters • Managing the full lifecycle of the enrollment process • Guiding prospects through the enrollment process and presenting solutions • Committing to continuous training and product knowledge improvement
• Support online undergraduate Computer Information Systems classes • Interact with students in online classrooms • Analyze student activity within discussions and assessments • Assist in managing student communications • Assist with grading and provide feedback • Monitor student engagement levels • Develop supplemental support documents, videos, job aids • Provide tutoring and live sessions as needed
• Provide instructional and academic support to learners in courses • Facilitate office hours or group study sessions • Lead and comment in courseroom discussions with learners • Assess learning and comprehension through evaluation of course competencies • Maintain adequate learner records

• Provide high quality intervention to Sophia learners in their area of expertise • Develop a library of written and video resources to remediate concepts for struggling learners • Analyze data to identify areas of struggle • Proactively contact learners who are struggling to recommend resources aligned to areas of struggle • Tutor students individually and in groups • Respond quickly and thoroughly to student inquiries and requests for assistance • Ensure that teaching methods are varied and informed by the latest research and best practices • Manage part time tutors to leverage consistent protocol and resource development
• Lead the development of strategic, high-quality RFP/RFI responses from intake through submission • Define and embed win themes, key messaging, and competitive positioning into each proposal • Guide contributors and SMEs to deliver clear, relevant, and compelling content • Partner with Sales to identify and track upcoming RFPs and strategic opportunities • Track proposal outcomes and develop insights to improve future responses.
• Assignments are on an ongoing basis according to expertise and school needs • Utilize your professional expertise to provide high-quality instruction from a pre-designed curriculum • Mentor doctoral learners and participate in doctoral committees • Provide relevant feedback and ensure successful completion • Be available within 48 hours by phone, email, and in the courseroom to ensure learners receive quality feedback • Travel within the US to participate in doctoral residencies • Utilize the online learning platform to enrich the learning experience • Establish high standards and ensure learners understand how they will be evaluated
