Assistant Director – Workday Integrations and Automation
WashU IT
• Lead three dynamic teams responsible for developing and supporting innovative integration & automation solutions on the Workday and Mulesoft platforms • Guide strategic Workday platform initiatives for three business units managing their functional areas in Workday (HR, FIN, STU) • Ensure continued strategic alignment between Workday and the wider WashU ecosystem • Manage the intake and prioritization of all integrations involving Workday • Cultivate a culture of innovation and excellence within the team • Provide analysis, planning, organization, communication, and management necessary to support all aspects of operations within the team • Manage a team of managers and professional staff • Participate in management discussions and planning at the department level • Act on behalf of Director in his/her absence
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education
- Relevant Experience (6 Years)
- Background with business information systems at a management level preferably in an academic environment
- Skills: Academic Experience, Business Information Systems, Information Technology Management
