Job Responsibilities - Own Product Enablement initiatives for Payroll and Bob Finance across CS, Sales, and CX teams. - Build and maintain scalable enablement programs, training materials, and knowledge resources. - Translate complex payroll and finance product capabilities into clear customer-facing value and messaging. - Maintain a strong understanding of the product roadmap, upcoming releases, and market requirements. - Lead product release enablement processes and improve operational workflows and templates. - Create and maintain structured sources of truth across LMS, CMS, Ask.AI, and related tools. - Ensure enablement content is accurate, accessible, current, and optimized for AI-powered workflows. - Eliminate outdated or conflicting information across documentation and internal systems. - Design role-specific enablement content and AI prompts that support consistent product messaging. - Partner closely with Product, Product Marketing, Revenue, Operations, and CX teams to ensure alignment. - Measure enablement effectiveness through adoption metrics, usage insights, and stakeholder feedback.
