We’re seeking an AI Product Marketing Specialist who will lead the product requirements, high-level feature design, and marketing of an AI-focused platform which was just launched as a wiki, but with big plans for additional AI-powered features, content expansion, and a high volume of highly engaged traffic. The vision is to become the leading destination for AI business strategy and discussion. You will support the execution of digital programs that generate awareness, engagement, and user content. You will work closely with the CEO to plan product features, manage launches, implement marketing campaigns, monitor performance, manage assets, and help improve our marketing operations. This is an ideal role for a self-motivated person who has been personally (or through work) experimenting with the latest AI tools (e.g. Claude Code, OpenClaw, agents) and wants to deploy them into production for large-scale B2B marketing. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or marketing coordination roles. Exposure to email marketing, CRM/automation tools, or analytics is preferred. - 2+ years using AI for marketing, content creation, research or other purposes. - Familiarity with HubSpot, PipeDrive, GoHighLevel, Attio, Clay, or similar modern and extensible CRM / marketing automation platforms. - Strong understanding of digital channels (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, social media, landing pages, email campaigns) and how to optimize metrics across each channel. - Excellent US English communication skills (mandatory). Requirements - Manage multi-channel campaign execution - Build and run campaigns across email, website content, social channels, webinars, retargeting, AEO/GEO, and multi-channel automated sequences based on strategic direction from the CEO. - Help define and track the product roadmap for the AI Best Practices platform with enhancements that will drive engagement and our ability to collect contact information. Work with a team of seasoned enterprise-scale architects and developers for rapid development with AI tools. As product owner, ensure that functionality and UX match expectations. - Leverage GenAI & other tools to automate the creation of video, audio, image and text content assets. Work with internal teams to also gather other content, update landing pages, assist with webinar and partner promotions, and ensure campaigns launch successfully. - Be the human-in-the-loop reviewer of daily AI-generated content, email drafts, reports, and other automated workflows. - Collaborate with our corporate 9-person marketing & sales teams to help drive business development by sharing contact/lead data, tool enhancements, AI tool usage, campaigns, content creation, and company/industry research. Additional Responsibilities - Optimize and report on our AEO/GEO/SEO to improve our domain authority on AI for ecommerce and related topics. - Help develop AI-powered tools to research, collect data, and create content based on technology news, industry trends, new AI tool announcements, retailer/distributor news & investor relations releases. - Collect, organize, report performance data and use it to improve performance. Track metrics such as site traffic, impressions, clicks, leads, CPL, landing page performance, and funnel movement; provide weekly summaries and highlight any anomalies or opportunities for improvement; ensure UTMs, pixels, forms, landing pages, and CRM fields are accurate and functioning; collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues. - Build, segment, and maintain contact databases within a CRM (HubSpot, Go High Level or a similar extensible platform) and enrich data with tools like Lead Magic, ZoomInfo, or similar. - Research new tools, channels, and techniques; actively propose innovation with small tests. Role Description The Product Monitoring Manager will oversee product complaints and post-market surveillance in accordance with ISO 13485:2016, MDSAP, EU MDR, and other pertinent regulations. Success in this role requires strong leadership and comprehensive technical expertise in medical devices and pharmaceuticals. The Manager supervises a team and ensures sufficient resources are available to fulfill complaint handling and post-market surveillance-related responsibilities.
