Job Requirements
- 5 years progressively responsible sales and marketing/supervisory experience required; 6+ years experience preferred
- 4 year degree preferred
- Knowledge of financial analysis methods and techniques
- Experience with continuous improvement techniques and practices
- Experience with SAP and Excel
- Oral, written, and presentation skills
- Organized and detail oriented
- Leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise staff and achieve results through others
- Ability to think strategically and negotiate effectively
- Ability to budget effectively
- Extensive travel required

About Role: We are looking for a Director of Sales who will be responsible for managing, improving & growing Vevo's sales partnerships on the West Coast. This is a high-adrenaline, sales role requiring deep industry expertise and contacts, proven sales and management ability with a particular penchant for closing high value deals. This is a full time position and is based in Los Angeles, CA. This role features a high-upside 60/40 commission model, bringing on target earnings up to $415K+ per year. Please note that the foregoing compensation information is a good-faith assessment associated with this position only and is provided pursuant to the Salary Transparency Law. This is a full-time position based on-site at our Los Angeles, CA office. Vevo currently operates in a hybrid work model and requires all employees, who have not been designated as "remote" to be in the office/studio a minimum of 3 days a week. • Drive growth in Dubois’ contract manufacturing (tolling) business through proactive business development and strategic account management. • Achieve assigned sales targets focused on contract manufacturing and tolling services. • Identify, qualify, and pursue new tolling customers and applications. • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline from prospecting through commercialization. • Manage an established set of contract manufacturing customers, maintaining our high level of service & expanding our relationships. • Understand customer manufacturing requirements and align Dubois’ capabilities accordingly. • Collaborate cross‑functionally to evaluate opportunities and support successful execution. • Ensure adherence to agreements, pricing structures, confidentiality, and brand standards. • Track market and competitor activity to inform strategy. • Provide regular reporting on customer performance, pipeline activity, and forecasts. • Represent DuBois at sales meetings, customer events, and trade shows to promote brand presence and relationship development. • Drive sustainable, profitable sales growth through a disciplined, collaborative, and insight-driven approach. • Utilize sales tools such as DCRM (DuBois Customer Relationship Management) and associated systems.
