• Assist Volkswagen Academy Training Delivery team with administrative duties, reporting, and analysis • Assist Volkswagen Academy Training Development team with Learning Experience Platform vendor relationship and project management • Provide monthly reporting including updates and analysis on class registration and attendance as well as coaching hours utilized • Monitor and provide reporting on holding tanks along with analysis and recommendations for future scheduling based on demand • Learning Management System (LMS) support and management including building classes, coordinating monthly class openings, and drafting monthly email notices announcing class openings • Administrative assistance with group meeting planning to include coordination with corporate travel team, travel instruction communication, catering, and supplies coordination of team activities • Administrative support with in-person training at Volkswagen learning facilities • Work directly with the Training Development Team and Learning Experience Platform vendor to manage content development schedule • Lead weekly meetings to track and update project development • Gather and report on feedback when required for course updates and change management • Create and input project and budget approval forms, manage invoices, and monitor spend towards training development projects when needed
• Joint software development of car computer solutions in early development phases in collaboration with system engineers and software experts from technology partners • Analysis and profiling of Android framework, system applications, or system services • Identification of architectural/technical issues on AOSP framework level • Improvement of Android framework stability and optimization of critical operation states • Contribution to Android related framework and company-owned frameworks with interface reviews • Technical alignment with suppliers and development partners • Implementation of state-of-the-art approaches to develop best-in-class infotainment systems • Creation of technical specifications and documentation • Independent handling of project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables • Tracking of assigned system issues, including ticket reviews • Status reporting to project stakeholders (domestic and international) • Mentoring of junior software developers on best practices and design patterns • Cross-team resource management and alignment of project goals
• Serve as the first point of contact to VW and Audi dealers on Parts related issues. • Work in the Order Availability Telephone Queue and/or the Technical Parts Queue. • Interpret Parts policies and procedures as ‘knowledge transfer agents’ for dealers. • Provide technical assistance to customers to determine and order correct parts. • Remove barriers preventing customers from placing parts orders. • Assist dealers with new parts policies and procedures. • Produce reports regarding Parts problems and resolutions.

• Develop and maintain the analytical framework used to model energy costs across Electrify America's network of 1,000+ charging sites spanning more than 250 utility territories. • Research, interpret, and maintain utility tariff data, translating complex rate structures into scalable analytical models and operational systems. • Build and enhance models that quantify energy costs at a granular session level, including demand charges, energy charges, and other tariff-based cost drivers. • Develop methodologies and models that incorporate wholesale energy market dynamics, including hourly pricing, critical event pricing, and nodal market signals. • Design predictive models that estimate marginal utility costs and collaborate with energy services and engineering teams to deploy these insights into real-time operational applications. • Partner with pricing, energy services, and network P&L management teams to develop recurring reporting and ad hoc analyses on network economics and profitability. • Quantify and track financial savings generated through tariff optimization, energy market participation, and other cost management initiatives across Electrify America, Electrify Canada, and commercial charging customers.
