This is a remote position. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Provide overall assistance with the coordination of the Future Carriers Aviation EDT supporting Naval Aviation-related systems integration for current and future carrier programs in accordance with the DoW acquisition process. - Assists with the integration of aviation requirements in aircraft carrier design and integrated logistics development. - Supports coordinating with aviation leads to the Carrier Integration Working Group (CIWG) in accordance with the 8-Way MOA regarding aviation and PARM requirements for warfare system design - Supports the following functional areas: Aircraft movement, parking, turnaround, and servicing; Aviation fuel storage, movement and handling; Aviation weapons storage, movement and handling; Aircraft firefighting; Aircraft maintenance; Aviation supply, manpower, and training; Aviation HIS and safety; and Air Wing of the Future. - Coordinate with NAVAIR and NAVSEA Engineering Agents and Technical Authorities, TYCOM, PMS 312, PMS 378, SUPSHIP, Newport News Shipbuilding, & other activities Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor’s of Science degree in any discipline - 15+ years of experience with Military aircraft - Experience with USN aircraft carriers or large deck amphibious ships with experience in Flight Deck and Hangar Bay operation, aircraft maintenance, and launch and recovery systems Clearance Requirements: - Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess a current or active Top Secret with SCI eligibility. Physical Requirements: - The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. - Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations. The projected compensation range for this position is $116,400.00-$194,900.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
