Role Description This position plays a vital role within Optum Technology, serving as the execution arm for all consumer outreach initiatives, including but not limited to Direct Mail, Email, SMS Texting, Outbound Calls, Web Visits, and Real-Time Offer Management. As part of the operations team, the role centers on acquiring and managing data within the Marketing Data Platform (MDP) and related Identity Management (IDM) processes.
