Role Description This position plays a vital role within Optum Technology, serving as the execution arm for all consumer outreach initiatives, including but not limited to Direct Mail, Email, SMS Texting, Outbound Calls, Web Visits, and Real-Time Offer Management. As part of the operations team, the role centers on acquiring and managing data within the Marketing Data Platform (MDP) and related Identity Management (IDM) processes. Key responsibilities encompass: - Vendor onboarding - File exchange setup - Ongoing vendor management - Conducting in-depth analyses of data content and quality at the program level - Supporting member journeys, analytics, and modeling - Ensuring regulatory compliance across programs such as Member Outreach, CMS STARS Ratings, Member Retention Communications, Member Plan Migrations, and acquisition marketing activities like the Medicare Annual Open Enrollment The Senior Business System Analyst on the Acquisition and Vendor Management (AVM) team is responsible for all aspects of data management activities for the MarTech Platform. These activities include: - Auditing daily processing activities - Managing data acquisition - Providing support for database enhancements and system development projects - Participating in requirements definition, benefits analysis, user acceptance testing, and technical strategy definition You’ll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
