Qualifications - Prior people management experience with a desire to focus on program development and delivery. - Demonstrated track record delivering complex, contract-based solutions to external paying customers (hardware + software + services). - Experience balancing very complex programs, often containing construction/project management, technical discovery, large scale hardware/software/service delivery as an integrated offering. - Demonstrated experience working and leading in an environment with a high degree of uncertainty. - Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to translate across disciplines and lead difficult conversations. - Domain experience with high performance computing, cloud infrastructure at scale, datacenter planning, and complex software integration. - An ideal candidate will have experience as a doer or subject matter expert in one or more of the roles in an extended team encompassing facilities engineering, compute hardware installation and large scale system bringup, software integration and configuration/localization, services delivery.
