Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 3+ years of experience in Japan social media operations for live-ops games
- Experience independently managing official accounts and creator ecosystems is a plus
- Native or near-native Japanese proficiency with a strong aesthetic sense.
- Strong project management and team communication skills
- Deep understanding of the content tone and mechanics of various social platforms (X/Twitter, YouTube, Discord, LINE, TikTok, etc.)
- Deep experience with Sky: Children of the Light and a profound understanding of its world and mechanics

This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
