• Lead the day-to-day administration of global benefits programs and ensure employees receive timely, accurate support for benefit questions, issues, escalations, claims, and appeals. • Optimize our self-insured benefits footprint through rigorous, ongoing data review. • Own key benefits operations, including enrollments, terminations, new hire orientations, offboarding, records management, and employee lifecycle support related to benefits. • Partner with external vendors and brokers to ensure strong service delivery, proactively resolve operational issues, and improve the overall employee benefits experience. • Support annual renewal cycles and ongoing program administration for health and wellbeing offerings. • Maintain compliance with benefits-related requirements and reporting, including administration processes, audits, and regulatory obligations. • Ensure benefit elections and data are accurately reflected across systems, carriers, payroll, and related integrations. • Oversee billing reconciliation, reporting, process documentation, and operational controls that improve efficiency and data integrity. • Partner with the broader Total Rewards team to develop communications, training, and education that help employees and partner teams understand available programs. • Contribute to the evolution of Flock's total rewards philosophy and benefits strategy through scalable processes, thoughtful problem solving, and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Deep experience in benefits administration, benefits program management, or HR operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with data, metrics, and process details.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to support employees and influence cross-functional partners.
  • Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environments.
  • Strong project and process management skills, with a track record of building and improving operational workflows.
  • A practical, employee-centered mindset and a commitment to delivering a best-in-class benefits experience.
