Role Description KFC US is accelerating an end‑to‑end experience transformation across guest channels (app, web, delivery, kiosks) and team member tools (POS, KDS, Orbit restaurant platform). We need a senior UX leader to raise the bar on interaction design and research, unify journeys across channels and stores, and turn insights into delightful, high‑performing digital and in‑restaurant experiences. This role partners tightly with Product, Engineering, Restaurant Operations, Marketing/Brand, and Franchisees to drive both conversion and crew efficiency at scale. - Lead the end‑to‑end UX for guest commerce & loyalty across KFC App / KFC.com, kiosks, delivery marketplaces, and omnichannel flows. - Own the UX for team member tooling across the restaurant tech stack (Byte POS, Byte KDS, edge/backup compute) with focus on speed and accuracy. - Unify omni‑channel journeys so guests and team members experience one coherent KFC. - Conduct customer research to develop new features, identify areas for improvement, and devise refined solutions for testing. - Establish and govern a product design system consistent with KFC global brand standards and Yum! visual identity. - Build and lead a high‑caliber UX org (design, content/UX writing, research, service design). Qualifications - Proven experience in UX design and research. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage a team. - Experience in omnichannel user experience design. - Familiarity with product design systems and brand standards. Requirements - Expertise in UX methodologies and tools. - Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams. - Ability to conduct and analyze customer research. - Experience in the restaurant or retail industry is a plus. Role Description The incumbent will work under direct supervision of the Sustainable Finance Specialist and in close collaboration with other SFH team members. They will conduct research and help draft knowledge products on the governance and architecture of sustainability data in finance. Deliverables will support several stakeholder networks (FC4S, SIF, Asia-Pacific economic forum sustainable finance initiative).
