Sales Assistant

TecnoSpeed TI

• You will be responsible for: • Learning and gaining practical and theoretical experience in the Commercial area; • Contacting potential clients via phone, videoconference, WhatsApp and email; • Prospecting and qualifying new and potential clients during pre-sales and product validation stages; • Explaining products and services to leads using a consultative sales approach aligned with the client’s main needs; • Screening and qualifying leads for the commercial consultants team; • Supporting product presentations; • Assisting with sales funnel management and account portfolio maintenance; • Participating in initiatives aimed at providing the best possible customer experience.

Job Requirements

  • For you to perform day-to-day activities, you will need:
  • Basic understanding of programming concepts, enough to discuss involved concepts with a developer;
  • Basic knowledge of Inside Sales and/or SDR activities;
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written);
  • Customer relationship focus;
  • Preferred (differential):
  • Experience in a Commercial/Sales role;
  • Courses and/or certifications in IT or Sales;
  • Experience with CRM systems — preferably Salesforce;
  • Familiarity with tools used in the area (e.g., customer service platforms and Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar);
  • Basic knowledge of sales techniques (SPIN, mental triggers, rapport, etc.).
