Role Description UKG is seeking a highly motivated sales professional as a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for net-new logo sales in the mid-market and enterprise space. - Consistently exceed sales quotas. - Must have proven success selling HRMS/Payroll solutions to complex organizations. - Must have worked primarily as a New Logo Rep (Hunter) and consistently exceeded sales quotas. - Develop and maintain a working knowledge of solutions, technology, and capabilities to solve customer challenges and help them achieve stated business outcomes. - Present HCM products and services to final decision makers and end users within an assigned territory. - Identify sales opportunities and develop sales and marketing proposals for customers on HCM, Payroll solutions, and services aligned with the prospective customer’s needs. - Maintain a strong knowledge of HCM/SaaS Industry, competitors, and analysts. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Maintain a working knowledge of products and capabilities, incorporating technical advances in presentations to end users. - Minimum of 3 to 5 years HCM sales experience. - Strong knowledge of HCM/SaaS Industry. - Demonstrated understanding of strategic sales process. Qualifications - Minimum of 3-5 years of proven success selling HCM/Payroll solutions. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Incredibly organized. - Experience with a diversity of prospecting strategies.
