• Lead end-to-end QA strategy across web, Android / iOS platforms, APIs • Testing (black box, white box, integration, and performance) of the Web and Android / iOS platforms • Track and record product issues and analyse the problems through various tools, giving feedback to relevant personnel to make corrections • Write test plans / test cases and output test reports according to feature requirements • Share test-related information with other team members • Simulate user needs and actual usage scenarios from a user perspective • Actively participate in team discussions, challenge requirements, and acceptance criteria to ensure clarity and testability • Create automated Web / Mobile / API test cases • Track and analyse automated tests to improve test efficiency • Develop automated tests and test frameworks • Improve our Continuous Integration pipeline • Help automate all aspects of the software engineering process • Review designs and code done by others and provide constructive feedback • Continuously develop your own skills • Mentor less experienced members of the team • Identify and execute on opportunities to improve or establish quality processes

• Design, develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test strategies and test plans across Salesforce Government Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud implementations. • Perform functional, regression, integration, system, UAT, and end-to-end testing across complex Salesforce solutions and integrations. • Validate Salesforce configurations, Flows, Lightning components, Apex functionality, APIs, security models, and custom platform enhancements. • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, architects, and project teams to understand requirements, acceptance criteria, and business processes. • Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and regression suites utilizing Copado and related Salesforce testing tools. • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, retrospectives, and release readiness activities. • Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution while partnering closely with development teams on root cause analysis and remediation. • Validate data integrity, migration accuracy, and platform behavior across environments and deployments. • Ensure Salesforce solutions comply with security, governance, accessibility, and regulatory requirements within Government Cloud environments. • Support CI/CD deployment validation, release management activities, and production readiness testing. • Execute API and integration testing involving MuleSoft, middleware platforms, and external enterprise systems. • Participate in client-facing discussions, testing reviews, and UAT coordination sessions as needed. • Maintain accurate QA documentation including test cases, test scripts, traceability matrices, defect logs, and release validation reports. • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across QA processes, automation frameworks, and Agile delivery practices.

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement. • Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks from scratch using AI based frameworks. • Advance our overall QA strategy as we work towards Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) • Oversee the development of comprehensive UI and API test suites • Perform complex data validation and backend testing using PostgreSQL (and other SQL databases). • Work in close collaboration with the development team to help produce high-quality software. Role Description Mind Computing is seeking a full-time, 100% remote Functional Tester to support a Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) project. The ideal candidate will have experience in software testing and quality assurance, with responsibilities including: - Developing test plans and test cases based on business requirements and technical specifications. - Executing manual and automated tests to identify defects and ensure the software meets quality standards. - Reporting bugs and issues to the development team, providing detailed information and steps to reproduce the problem. - Conducting regression testing to ensure new code changes do not adversely affect existing functionalities. - Documenting test cases, test results, and defects to support development and maintenance. - Working closely with developers, QA analysts, and other team members to ensure seamless integration and testing. - Conducting performance testing to ensure the software meets performance criteria and benchmarks. - Staying updated with the latest testing tools and techniques and implementing improvements in the testing process. - Participating in and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate end-to-end business workflows. - Contributing to team objectives and taking on additional responsibilities as needed. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 4+ years of proven experience as a Functional Tester or similar role. - Proficiency in testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, Jenkins), scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python), and SQL. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical problems. - Hands-on experience with SAFe/Agile frameworks and practices. - Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
