Role Description We are building a next-generation sports broadcasting platform focused on delivering high-quality, fast-paced sports programming to a South African audience, with a strong emphasis on football. As an Assistant Producer, you will play a critical support role in delivering high-quality sports programming. You will work closely with the Producer to ensure that all editorial, logistical, and operational elements of a show are prepared and executed seamlessly. • Monitor, map, and test Sporty’s entire external attack surface, including all Sporty Group external domains, subdomains, websites, and public IP addresses. • Conduct adversary emulation exercises against internal and office endpoints to validate the effectiveness of EDR, XDR, and SOC monitoring platforms. • Evaluate the security posture of physical office hardware, corporate network equipment, and internal edge infrastructure. • Perform scoped offensive testing on external-facing web applications and limited, public-facing API endpoints. • Translate external discovery, DNS security posture, network access control weaknesses, and EDR emulation findings into repeatable defensive checks. • Support our Purple Team validate that EDR policies, perimeter controls, firewall rules, and network segmentation work as expected. • Document multi-stage network or system exploitation chains to provide practical, reproducible remediation blueprints for infrastructure and SOC teams. • Support IT and Network analysts with clear vulnerability descriptions, triage steps, severity logic, and escalation guidance. • Improve external asset tracking, perimeter health records, and exposure trend mapping. • Track external vulnerability gaps, emulation success rates, remediation times, asset health, and perimeter exposure.

• Build project plans that ensure maximum utilisation of the team for impact • Partner with Product to translate their ‘Why?’ into a ‘What? Who? How? and ‘When’ in a cohesive plan • Where initiatives span multiple internal teams, the Project Manager leads cross-team collaboration, driving alignment and ensuring coordination • Coordinates the deliverables from external partners as necessary • Ticket creation and management in support of the roadmap • Project-level resource assignment and scheduling • Holds the team to a high bar, creating a culture of constant improvement. • Utilize advanced algorithms and data mining techniques to build personalized recommendation systems, optimizing product and service recommendations to enhance user experience and improve business conversion rates. • Develop and productionize ML/AI systems across multiple domains — including search ranking, recommendation, and content intelligence — that directly impact user growth and business outcomes.

• Assist in planning and executing retention campaigns and promotional activities for existing & new users across the AF markets • Monitor key metrics (Retention, Reactivation, ROI) and prepare reports to track user engagement and optimisation • Collaborate with internal product and analytics teams to maintain and improve retention tools and reporting accuracy • Help ensure regional offers and promotions are delivered on time and remain competitive • Coordinate with external partners on campaign execution and follow-up tasks • Support personalisation and automation initiatives by providing regional operational input

• Manage privileged access controls, including Privileged Identity Management (PIM), just-in-time (JIT) access, approval workflows, and privileged role assignments. • Define and maintain administrative access processes for high-risk roles, privileged sessions, and break-glass accounts. • Lead and support access review processes, track remediation activities, and ensure access rights remain aligned with least-privilege principles. • Manage the lifecycle of service and machine accounts, including ownership, permissions, credential rotation, monitoring, and decommissioning. • Configure, maintain, and monitor conditional access policies, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and identity risk controls. • Design and implement automation for identity workflows, approvals, access validation, reporting, and remediation activities. • Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, and Engineering teams to strengthen identity security across cloud and enterprise environments. • Support security audits, incident response activities, and identity-related investigations. • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of identity governance, privileged access management, and security operations practices.

• Work with a team of DevOps and DBA professionals • Improve existing infrastructure and processes in the 6 countries we’re currently deployed in as well as streamlining processes deploy to new countries in the future • Holistically improve all aspects of our DevOps infrastructure including: reducing costs; streamlining environment provisioning; lowering response times and incorporating the latest techniques and technologies • Monitor and maintain the existing cloud infrastructure via autoscaling, automated alerts, and OpsWork and Grafana dashboards • Take ownership and responsibility for our cloud operation activities • Liaise with external security agencies for annual audits as well as perform our own internal security sweeps • Aid in reconfiguring existing architecture to allow for rapid deployments to new countries • Mentoring less experienced team members

• Lead Media Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and secure media partnerships to drive business growth. This includes exploring new opportunities and cultivating relationships that align with our strategic and media objectives. • Manage the creation and execution of compelling promotions and campaigns that enhance user engagement and loyalty. • Oversee brand messaging and ensure consistent tone of voice across all marketing assets and channels. • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key providers, including payment and gaming providers, KYC (Know Your Customer) solution vendors, and other stakeholders to secure advantageous terms and agreements. • Agency Collaboration: Develop and maintain relationships with media agencies to execute both online and offline marketing campaigns effectively, ensuring alignment with business objectives. • Campaign Performance Analysis: Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Business Intelligence (BI), and Product teams to monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns. Provide recommendations for optimising ongoing and future campaigns. • Internal Communication: Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Social Media teams to ensure that upcoming campaigns are well-communicated and aligned with overall business strategies. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure business strategies are informed by the latest market trends and opportunities, and that these strategies are effectively executed • Operational Support: Assist the management team with day-to-day operations, including research, analysis, and planning to support growth strategies and business development efforts • Create and implement multi-channel marketing strategies to attract and retain sportsbook and casino players

• Lead and mentor a talented development team in the EU region, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture • Provide technical leadership and ensure best practices in software development, code quality, and architecture • Participate in high-level architecture and design decisions for complex software systems • Drive the development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions • Conduct regular code reviews, offering constructive feedback to improve the team’s skills and output • Manage team members' performance and career development • Help drive continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and techniques
