QA Lead – Release and Automation

Teramind

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement. • Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks from scratch using AI based frameworks. • Advance our overall QA strategy as we work towards Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) • Oversee the development of comprehensive UI and API test suites • Perform complex data validation and backend testing using PostgreSQL (and other SQL databases). • Work in close collaboration with the development team to help produce high-quality software. Understand and translate business requirements to technical and then testing requirements. • Share technical expertise with the rest of the QA team

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of combined experience in QA Team Management and hands-on automation testing.
  • 3+ years of experience in a Release Quality or equivalent role, specifically focused on automating release validation processes.
  • Proven experience designing, developing, and maintaining robust automation frameworks, including hands-on experience with AI-based testing tools.
  • Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL or other relational databases
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such asTeamCity (or Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
  • English upper-Intermediate or higher for effective team collaboration.
  • Nice to Have
  • Experience with Docker and containerized environments.
  • Experience with automation of Windows desktop applications (using AI or similar advanced methods) is a strong plus.
  • Experience with automated visual testing.
  • Proven experience on enterprise level release management.
  • Experience with cybersecurity products testing.
