Role Description The Senior Manager, Brand Content is a strategic and hands-on content leader responsible for managing Prometric's brand voice and tone across all marketing assets, channels, and audiences. This role oversees the creation, editing, and quality of copy across B2B and B2C marketing efforts spanning digital, campaign, product, sales enablement, and corporate communications. The Senior Manager, Brand Content will directly manage a Senior Copywriter and any freelance writers and serve as the editorial authority for the global marketing team. Responsibilities - Content Strategy & Brand Voice: - Own and evolve Prometric’s global brand voice, tone, and editorial standards across all marketing assets and business units. - Develop and maintain brand content guidelines, copy frameworks, and messaging hierarchies across B2B and B2C audiences. - Provide final review and sign-off for all externally-facing written content, ensuring global brand consistency of messaging, voice, and tone. - Content Creation & Oversight: - Write, edit, and proof high-quality, conversion-focused content across all marketing formats including web pages, email and messaging campaigns, content marketing assets, video scripts, success stories, social media, performance media, press releases, collateral, presentations. - Ensure messaging is adapted by target audience, region, and stage of the customer journey. - Leverage SEO/AEO best practices, testing insights, and campaign performance data to continuously refine messaging. - Support the proposal team with content templates for new solutions and improved messaging for key components that demonstrate competitive advantage. - Team Leadership: - Directly manage and mentor a copywriting team, providing editorial direction, prioritization, and professional development. - Manage and coordinate freelance writers and external content partners, as needed. - Establish and maintain efficient content workflows, review cycles, versioning, and approval processes. - Ensure deadlines are met and stakeholders are informed throughout content development. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Partner closely with Product Marketing, Campaign Marketing, Brand Design, and Regional Marketing to ensure content supports GTM strategies and campaign objectives. - Partner with Campaign Marketing to research and develop editorial calendars for thought leadership, performance marketing campaigns, and SEO/AEO-optimized landing pages. - Performance & Optimization: - Track and analyze content performance metrics; use insights to continuously improve copy effectiveness. - Stay current on content marketing trends, AI writing tools, SEO/AEO best practices, and industry developments. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. - 8+ years of experience in copywriting, content marketing, or brand communications. - Demonstrated experience leading or managing writers or creative professionals. - Expert-level writing, editing, and storytelling skills across formats and channels. - Experience in education, assessment, credentialing, or regulated industries preferred. - Strong knowledge of SEO/AEO, performance copywriting, and lifecycle messaging. - Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. - Confident, collaborative communicator with strong editorial judgment. - Working familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, website content management platforms (e.g. WordPress), Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint. Role Description We’re seeking a passionate, creative, and detail-oriented E-Retail Content Analyst to join our growing eCommerce team at The Wine Group. The E-Retail Content Analyst reports to the Director of eCommerce. We’re looking for a passionate digital marketer to manage the full eCommerce content machine. This role will focus on developing, syndicating, optimizing, and innovating content and digital shelf syndication across all eCommerce channels to build and maintain best-in-class eCommerce presence. The ideal candidate brings a mix of technical aptitude, creativity, content fluency, and a strong interest in the food and beverage space. This role is eligible for remote work and travel as needed. Essential Functions - Manage product content syndication through platforms such as Salsify, Syndigo, and direct retailer portals for full library of TWG SKUs and assets. - Support onboarding and maintenance of product data, ensuring content is complete, accurate, and optimized per retailer requirements and brand guidelines. - Partner with brand, creative, and marketing teams to gather, edit, and publish product imagery, copy, and digital assets. - Assist in the creation or editing of digital assets using tools like IT’SRAPID, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, or Canva. - Conduct routine audits of retailer PDPs to identify gaps, errors, or opportunities for enhancement. - Track and report on content syndication and quality performance, flagging issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve. - Collaborate with sales and distributor partners to support execution within the 3-tier system, ensuring compliance and alignment across Retail, B2B E-Comm, and DTC. - Develop internal standards and thought leadership on digital shelf trends, platform updates, and eCommerce best practices. - Act as the technical lead for all internal and external digital assets and SEO needs. - Support the Director of eCommerce with any and all deliverables regarding digital content assets, including building presentations, reports, and share outs. - Optimize consistent asset sharing with all major national customers, unlock syndication for more retail partners.
