Role Description As a teacher in our school, this position will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the student learning experience. Teachers will create robust and rigorous lessons based on Project Based best practice and teach synchronously and asynchronously during the week. Role Description The Dean of Early College High School & Project-Based Learning (PBL) is a senior academic leader responsible for designing, launching, and sustaining the organization’s Early College High School and P-TECH model while also leading the vision, implementation, and continuous improvement of Project-Based Learning (PBL) across all campuses. This role is both visionary and operational—owning the full lifecycle of the Early College model from design to execution, including building and maintaining strong partnerships with higher education institutions and industry partners. Simultaneously, this leader ensures that PBL is deeply embedded in instructional practice, driving student engagement, real-world learning, and college and career readiness outcomes.
