Role Description The temporary Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for influencing the recruiting success of TWG by providing a high touch, candidate-focused experience throughout the hiring process. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, you will provide administrative and coordination support as identified to Recruiters, candidates, hiring managers, business leaders, and other HR team members. This role involves high volume administrative work to include: - Interview scheduling and coordination - Heavy computer work within MS Office and an Applicant Tracking system (Dayforce) - Providing a positive overall experience for candidates, managers, and anyone involved in the interviewing and recruiting process This is a temporary remote position intended to support the team for an approximate duration of 60, up to 90 days. Role Description We’re seeking a passionate, creative, and detail-oriented E-Retail Content Analyst to join our growing eCommerce team at The Wine Group. The E-Retail Content Analyst reports to the Director of eCommerce. We’re looking for a passionate digital marketer to manage the full eCommerce content machine. This role will focus on developing, syndicating, optimizing, and innovating content and digital shelf syndication across all eCommerce channels to build and maintain best-in-class eCommerce presence. The ideal candidate brings a mix of technical aptitude, creativity, content fluency, and a strong interest in the food and beverage space. This role is eligible for remote work and travel as needed. Essential Functions - Manage product content syndication through platforms such as Salsify, Syndigo, and direct retailer portals for full library of TWG SKUs and assets. - Support onboarding and maintenance of product data, ensuring content is complete, accurate, and optimized per retailer requirements and brand guidelines. - Partner with brand, creative, and marketing teams to gather, edit, and publish product imagery, copy, and digital assets. - Assist in the creation or editing of digital assets using tools like IT’SRAPID, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, or Canva. - Conduct routine audits of retailer PDPs to identify gaps, errors, or opportunities for enhancement. - Track and report on content syndication and quality performance, flagging issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve. - Collaborate with sales and distributor partners to support execution within the 3-tier system, ensuring compliance and alignment across Retail, B2B E-Comm, and DTC. - Develop internal standards and thought leadership on digital shelf trends, platform updates, and eCommerce best practices. - Act as the technical lead for all internal and external digital assets and SEO needs. - Support the Director of eCommerce with any and all deliverables regarding digital content assets, including building presentations, reports, and share outs. - Optimize consistent asset sharing with all major national customers, unlock syndication for more retail partners. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree required. - 2+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital content, or digital shelf management, preferably in the CPG or beverage alcohol industry. - Relevant experience in marketing, especially brand, E-Comm, and/or digital marketing in with wine, alcohol, or FMCG. - Technical skills in Salsify and similar PIM/DAM tools. - Experience with retailer content portals (e.g., Walmart, Item 360, etc.). - Demonstrated project management skills with excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work cross-functionally. - Prior experience in shared service roles, such as internal or external agencies preferred. - Experience in evaluating data and making insight-based recommendations. - Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. - Experience with SEO and keyword optimization. - Creative design skills using tools Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator. Role Description The Wine Group is looking for a Sr. Manager of E-Retail to lead development and execution of a portfolio-wide ecommerce strategy. This role involves: - Overseeing, shaping, and executing the full ecommerce strategy and plan for TWG. - Working closely with the Trade Development and Trade Marketing team to assess, meet, and exceed needs for top retailer customers. - Educating, influencing, and growing the ecommerce acumen of the full organization. - Managing ecommerce marketing spend with support from agency partners to execute buys in all areas, including online alcohol marketplace and B2B ecommerce advertising. - Frequent interaction with major retail customers to plan, execute, and innovate based on their needs. - Merchandising all ecommerce efforts to align with brand and trade marketing. - Maintaining the tech stack supporting ecommerce, including Salsify, with one direct report and distributor support. - Focusing continuously on prioritizing projects and processes to meet goals. This is a remote position but requires travel 20-30% per year. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related study required; MBA is strongly preferred. - 8+ years of marketing experience. - Ecommerce experience, ideally in alcohol beverage, is required. - CPG experience in food/beverage marketing necessary for this role. - CPG experience with direct customer interaction and collaboration. - Experience managing agencies executing work shaped by your plan. - Deep knowledge of technical needs and category nuances of alcohol with a focus on executing to grow sales in the channel. - Proficiency in Salsify or similar digital asset management/PIM tool. - Previous management experience of direct reports and experience influencing or leading cross-functional teams. - Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills with ability to execute. - Enjoy working collaboratively on a winning team. - Strong bias for thoughtful action, highly relationship-oriented, accomplish work with and through others via purposeful collaboration. Role Description The Payroll Administrator 1 is responsible for supporting the accurate and timely weekly and bi-weekly payroll for employees in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. This entry level role performs routine payroll tasks, maintains employee pay records, and is a point of contact for payroll-related questions and audits. This role will be expected to work with cross-functional departments to ensure accurate timesheets and payroll records. Essential Functions - Verify timesheets and calculate gross to net pay. - Maintain and update payroll records including new hires, terminations, pay rate changes, and benefit deductions. - Ensure compliance with applicable wage and hour laws, including overtime and minimum wage requirements. - Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, taxes, and timekeeping. - Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies. - Maintain confidentiality of employee records and payroll information. - Ensure compliance across multiple Union contracts and AG Wage Order contracts. - Ensure garnishment compliance. - Maintain check registers and positive pay files for accuracy.
