B2B Sales Lead
Hedepy
• This is a hands on sales role • 60% will involve actively searching for and approaching potential B2B clients - calling is a must. • 30% will include meetings and administrative tasks, such as: • Preparing presentations and presenting them to clients. • Preparing offers, contracts, and documentation for invoicing. • Working with data and reporting - we use Pipedrive as a CRM. • Collaborating on the development of Hedepy for Business. • 10% leading István and Adam, your two direct reports. Coaching, weekly 1:1s, helping them close their own deals.
Job Requirements
- Native or C2 Hungarian, fluent English (B2+).
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 1 years selling SaaS or subscription-based products.
- 1+ year formally managing at least one direct report on revenue targets.
- Comfortable making cold calls, consistently. Not just "open to it".
- Active use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity or similar) in your daily sales workflow. We'll ask about this concretely.
- Available to work on a B2B freelance agreement.
- Direct experience selling to HR, People Ops, or Employee Wellbeing buyers.
- Experience selling into healthcare, mental health, or other sensitive / regulated categories.
- Experience building a market from scratch (not just inheriting an existing pipeline).
- Based in Budapest (we are remote-first, but local presence helps with the Hungarian market).
