• Verantwortung übernehmen, dass die Leads, die unser Marketing & Funnel täglich liefern, nicht liegen bleiben sondern in Kunden verwandelt werden. • Eng mit unserem Gründer zusammenarbeiten, seinen Pipeline-Anteil übernehmen und gemeinsam mit ihm den Sales-Prozess weiterentwickeln, damit wir skalieren können. • Eingehende Leads aus Meta-Ads, LinkedIn-Outreach, Webinaren, Empfehlungen und unserem Lead-Magnet-Funnel qualifizieren und closen. • Discovery Calls führen, Probleme verstehen und maßgeschneiderte No-Brainer-Angebote aufbauen. • Die drei Hauptangebote verkaufen: Academy/Mentoring , IT-Advisory & Done-with-you und Software-Entwicklung & KI-Agenten-Projekte in HubSpot. • Die Pipeline sauber führen, Forecasts liefern und Follow-Ups zuverlässig nachhalten. • Gemeinsam mit unserem Gründer und unserer Marketingagentur die Lead-Qualität schärfen und die Sales-Prozesse selbständig weiterentwickeln. • Selbst entscheiden, wie Du Deinen Tag strukturierst, solange am Ende des Monats Deals closen.

• Join our team to develop our own products, modern SaaS solutions and AI-driven software systems. • Collaborate closely with our team, step into ongoing development processes, and at the same time help set new standards on projects where we actively shape AI-driven development. • You will have direct customer contact, act as a technical sparring partner, and constantly look beyond the immediate scope—whether in our internal projects or with exciting high-impact clients. • As a developer you will: • build new features using TypeScript, React & Firebase • master state management with modern patterns like Zustand & TanStack Query • actively apply CI/CD, serverless architecture & event-driven design • take testing seriously (Playwright) • integrate AI systems into the development process • work with us to define the standard for how modern software is produced in the AI era
