To achieve this, we have built, and continue to build, an AI-powered MRO software that connects all players in the spare parts ecosystem, from manufacturers and suppliers to the people working behind the machines. By facilitating the exchange of data, knowledge, and expertise, we create shared visibility that empowers smarter decisions, reduces waste, and drives seamless collaboration. This connected spare parts intelligence unlocks value that extends far beyond software. Backed by Insight Partners, SPARETECH is accelerating its growth with a strong focus on product innovation and team excellence. We take pride in our inclusive and collaborative culture, as well as our energetic and committed team.
Role Description SPARETECH has been successful in selling our AI MRO software to large manufacturers globally. Now we’re opening up the next chapter: bringing spare part OEMs and suppliers onto the platform. You’ll take this from 0 to 1. As the first go-to-market hire, you will build the partner side of the business from scratch. That means finding, winning, and activating partners who share their data and can reliably respond to real demand coming through SPARETECH. This is a high-ownership role with real impact from day one. You’ll work directly with senior decision makers to figure out what works, what scales, and how we turn this into a global, partner-driven business. We offer you the opportunity to: - Build and scale our partner ecosystem from the ground up by identifying, prioritizing, and acquiring OEMs and suppliers, and turning first conversations into long-term, activated partnerships. - Shape how we work with partners by leading discovery across assortments, geographies, processes, and SLAs, and translating insights into strong commercial agreements and successful activations. - Drive the foundation of our data-driven platform by securing high-quality partner data (catalogs, availability, pricing, and more) and ensuring seamless integration in close collaboration with our Data Management team. - Design and implement how partners successfully operate with us, from lead routing and response expectations to quote formats and escalation paths, while continuously improving partner performance. - Turn early, manual workflows into scalable systems by collaborating closely with brokerage operations, product, and engineering to build efficient, semi-automated processes. - Directly shape our product by bringing structured partner feedback into product and engineering, helping define the tools, integrations, and APIs our ecosystem truly needs. Qualifications - Are a true builder who loves taking a GTM motion from 0 to 1, turning ambiguity into momentum and repeatable growth. - Bring 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or partnerships, ideally in supply-side, distribution, or marketplace environments, and can build an outbound pipeline from scratch. - Win trust fast, qualify sharply, and confidently negotiate data-sharing agreements as well as commercial terms. - Are a structured operator who turns messy partner realities into clean processes, scalable playbooks, and impeccable CRM hygiene with consistent follow-through. - Are data-fluent and comfortable reasoning about catalogs, formats, identifiers, and quality thresholds to make partnerships work in practice. - Are fluent in German and English, and ideally bring exposure to manufacturing, industrial environments, or supply chain contexts. Benefits - A remote-yes company, where you can decide every day whether you work from home, at our Stuttgart or Munich office, or at any Design Office in Germany. - A permanent employment contract, 30 days of vacation, and the opportunity to participate in the company's success through our VSOP program. - Modern hardware and the frame for a height-adjustable desk. - An annual training budget of 1000,00 EURO for your professional development. - In Germany: A subsidized job bike to escape city traffic and a Wellpass gym membership to stay active. - A dynamic start-up atmosphere and an international team in which new ideas, creative approaches, and cooperation at eye level are valued. - Corporate Benefits, including discounts on fashion, travel, and much more from various companies.
