You’ll be responsible for the daily operations of our online communities across platforms like Nas.com, WhatsApp, and other community channels. That means you will: - Moderate community conversations and maintain a positive environment - Send daily messages, updates, reminders, and engagement prompts - Respond to member questions and escalate issues when needed - Remove spam, enforce community guidelines, and handle conflicts professionally - Keep communities active, organized, and engaging - Track engagement and identify ways to improve member participation - Coordinate with internal teams to communicate announcements and updates - Help execute community campaigns, launches, and events - Ensure no important member messages or operational tasks fall through the cracks Qualifications - Loves online communities and understands internet culture - Highly organized and detail-oriented - Communicates clearly and confidently - Can manage multiple tasks and communities at once - Takes ownership instead of waiting for instructions - Is proactive, reliable, and consistent - Enjoys operations and keeping things running smoothly - Have experience managing WhatsApp, Discord, Telegram, or Facebook communities - Have worked in startups, creator businesses, media companies, or online education - Understand engagement tactics and community growth - Have experience with customer support or community moderation Benefits - Help shape communities that reach people around the world - Create experiences, conversations, and communities people genuinely care about - Work with a fast-moving team that loves building on the internet
