Role Description Our Energy and Resources Division works with major energy developers to deliver large-scale Wind, Solar, BESS and HV substation projects across the country. These include greenfield developments for new energy infrastructure and brownfield projects involving the expansion, upgrade and augmentation of existing facilities. There is an opportunity to work across a diverse range of projects and technical disciplines. In the renewable energy sector, typical projects include: - Electrical Balance of Plant (EBOP) for large wind farms - Solar farms and BESS developments - HV substation primary design - Earthing design - Protection and control interfaces - Cable reticulation - Grid connection infrastructure - Utility coordination The role will also involve the design and delivery of HV infrastructure including: - Transmission and distribution substations - Switchyards - Underground and overhead HV reticulation systems - Associated studies such as load flow, short circuit, arc flash, insulation coordination and earthing assessments in accordance with relevant Australian and international standards Qualifications - 8+ years' experience within a design consultancy - Experience in the delivery of electrical engineering design within a design consultancy - Experience in undertaking LV and HV power generation and distribution systems design and equipment selection - Fluent in using software such as Etap, EMTP or PS CAD for electrical systems modelling - Experience in HV and LV power system studies - Producing electrical drawings such as single line diagrams, schematic diagrams and cable block diagrams - High Voltage & Low Voltage Switchboard design experience as per AS 61439 - Practical working knowledge of relevant Australian Standards Requirements - Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering - 8+ years relevant experience for a design consultancy - High Voltage substation experience - MicroStation and AutoCAD - Previous exposure to Australian projects - Diverse experience including experience on Energy projects - Proven experience in design, analysis, and delivery of electrical works in energy projects - Strong knowledge of Australian Standards, codes, and regulations - High level communication, interpersonal and team management skills - Advanced time management, planning and organisational skills - Advanced initiative and ability to solve problems Benefits - Permanent Work from Home: Enjoy the flexibility and convenience of working from the comfort of your own home. - Competitive Pay & Professional Development: We offer competitive compensation. Role Description The Consultant, reporting jointly to the Lead UX/UI Designer for the ShareTheMeal initiative, is expected to: - Develop WFP videos and motion designs for a wide variety of ShareTheMeal channels (including in-app, social media, paid ads, web). - Take video footage for projects as needed. Manage the shooting process, accordingly, including the preparation like lighting, staff, scene setup, etc. - Work together with Marketing, User Testing and Performance Marketing to support on marketing concept ideas, the creation of Storyboards & Shot Lists and iterate on and continuously improve existing video contents with new variants. - Create character animations, animated 2D-illustrations and Micro-Interactions for videos and in-app usage. Work together with the Illustrator to ensure a streamlined look and feel. - Develop Video Content in two iterations (rough cut and final cut) and ensure proper feedback loops in between. - Create and maintain the STM brand through your videos and motions designs. Ensure that our message is clear, crisp, and engaging. - Create custom content. - Adapt and edit social media videos, motion graphics and shape in-app video content. - Design and develop video content matching shape, length, and animation style of the chosen platform. - Participate in work stream discussions/meetings as required. - Brief and work together with in-house and agency designers to improve tooling and workflows. - Support other activities within the ShareTheMeal initiative as required.
