• Lead AI-driven discovery and requirements sessions to identify opportunities for intelligent decisioning, automation, and optimization • Translate client needs into end-to-end AI-enabled solutions using: LLMs and AI workflows, APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures • Design and deliver scalable implementations on Bureau Composer, including: Real-time decisioning workflows, Standard and custom solutions • Conduct technical presentations, demos, and AI solution workshops for both executive and technical audiences • Guide production deployment, integration, and troubleshooting of AI-powered solutions • Partner with Sales and Product to identify expansion opportunities and increase incremental revenue • Ensure agreement on security, compliance, and data governance frameworks (FCRA, FACTA, IAM, and data protection) • Build reusable AI solution patterns, accelerators, and strategies
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, AI Solutions, or Systems Architecture (client-facing)
- Demonstrated AI literacy with practical application (LLMs, automation workflows, enterprise AI use cases)
- Experience translating our requirements into scalable, production-ready solutions
- Working knowledge of security practices (IAM, data protection, compliance frameworks)
- Experience in credit, fraud, identity, or risk analytics domains
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure/GCP)
- Experience with Python or SQL
- Experience supporting pre-sales or solution consulting engagements

Role Description The Solutions Architect (SA) is a subject matter expert (SME) and technology thought leader who contributes their deep knowledge of process and technology to the core team for Rollouts & Named Accounts engagement. The SA provides direction and advice through the project life cycle from sales concept to design development, construction drawings to implementation support. As the technical thought leader on a project team, the SA is instrumental in the determination and execution of client and system requirements and will collaborate with SMEs and project teams as required. The SA is also responsible for mentoring other members of the design engineering staff. Reporting Director – Rollouts & Named Accounts, the SA’s project assignments are determined by Engineering Leadership based on enterprise-wide demands. What You’ll Do - Contributes to complex engagements and works directly with clients and project teams to develop basis of design, budgets, timelines, and manage expectations. - Conceptualize system designs and determine system requirements. - Provide technical expertise and coordination information to support the base building tasks performed by others, and planning of audio, video, and control solutions. - Monitor development of projects the Bills of Materials (BOM) and supporting documentation. - Develop detailed design documentation strategy based on established engineering standard practices. Track engineering team tasks to completion. - Generate functional system descriptions, workflow narratives, and accompanying sketches. - Research, identify, and recommend technology options for clients and projects. - Contribute technical expertise for the creation and later reconciliation of the complete construction drawing package, support documentation for installation and coordination with architect and other trades. - Monitor project testing, commissioning, and configuration activities during project deployment. - Support projects and teams in build phase. - Provide regular project engineering milestone status updates to Technical Operations resource planning. - Maintain expertise in the industry through ongoing review of trade publications, participation in industry trade shows, seminars, and educational forums. Decision Making Authority As the technical thought leader on a project, the SA is responsible for vetting products and making detailed equipment recommendations. The SA has the authority to recommend changes in scope as well as programming and commissioning activities to enhance project success. The SA is also responsible for reviewing drawing packages produced by project teams. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that may be met by an employee.
