In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering key operational initiatives aimed at expanding both new and existing channels. Your focus will be on continuously developing and improving essential operational components, aligning closely with global objectives, and fostering strong internal business relationships. Reporting to the Senior Operations Support Manager and supported by the Store Operations Support Administrator, this role offers the opportunity to make an impact in a fast-paced retail environment. The position includes occasional travel across our ANZ store network and collaboration with global teams, which may require some communication outside standard business hours. We value flexibility and support a healthy work-life balance. Your responsibilities - Provide operational support to stores via Service Desk tickets, email, and Microsoft Teams - Maintain the Store Operating Manual and implement best-practice operational processes across Retail stores - Coordinate key store operations including stocktakes, audits, and peak trading support activities - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance store performance and operational efficiency - Conduct regular store visits and facilitate Field Team Committee meetings to support operational excellence and compliance - Support the implementation and maintenance of operational platforms and collaborate with local and global teams on operational initiatives About you - Tertiary Degree preferred but not essential - Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail management with store operations experience desirable - Proficiency in retail systems and advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Skilled communicator with the ability to manage expectations effectively - Strong influencing skills to guide stakeholders, demonstrating confidence and proactiveness in interactions with stakeholders of all levels of seniority - Risk-aware, balancing commercial outcomes with compliance, and committed to continuous self-development Working at EssilorLuxottica A career with EssilorLuxottica will offer you rewarding experiences and the opportunity to develop your skills every day.
