You will work closely with the strategy team and use tools like Power BI, Excel, AI-enabled tools and other solutions to create reports and dashboards that inform our decision making, help NSW SES staff and volunteers to easily drive performance and support our communities and volunteers. You will also be responsible for collecting, cleaning, and visualising data, and identifying long-term trends and opportunities for improvement. Learn more here About you To be successful in this role you will: - have experience in data analysis, modelling, and visualization; - be proficient in Power BI, Excel, and experience with SQL, Python and/or R is desired; - be able to demonstrate experience in thoughtful and modern UX/UI design, with a focus on accessibility, clarity, and decision making; - have relevant tertiary qualification(s) in science, mathematics, computational science or related field and/or equivalent relevant industry knowledge and experience; - be able to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills; - develop excellent communication and presentation skills; - be able to use data to create easy to comprehend, compelling stories for members; - develop keen interest in learning new technologies and methods; - have collaborative and proactive attitude.
