Our work depends on aTimekeeping Program Analyst joining our team to support theIndian Health Service (IHS) Health Information Technology (HIT) Modernization (MOD) program. As a Program Analyst supporting the IHS HITMOD program, you will be responsible for supporting the PMO for contract management execution support. This position to support the IHS Electronic Health Record Modernization Program known as Patients at the Heart (PATH) EHR. Your efforts will serve to improve the patient experience and quality of care for over 600 facilities across 37 states serving the American Indian and Alaska Native populations. HOW THIS POSITION WILL MAKE AN IMPACT: - Manages subcontractor timekeeping systems, like SETRIS, and enforces subcontractor timekeeping policies. - Conducts hours reconciliations across workstreams to ensure accurate time reporting and compares each reconciliation to each task order budget. - Enforces Performance Work Authorization (PWAs) with allotted hours and charge codes. - Assists with contract Labor Category (LCAT) verifications alongside task order managers and hiring managers. - Ensures hours forecasts and actuals align with workload requirements on the program. WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED: - Bachelors degree and 5+ years of relevant experience - Proven understanding of resource management, expense and timekeeping management, and subcontractor timekeeping processes and policies. - Experience supporting medium-to-large IT projects to include performance reporting and system setup. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio. - Government contracts experience and knowledge of multiple contract types. - Training/education/experience in task coordination; functional knowledge of IT project management concepts and tools. - Ability to travel up to 25% of the year, as needed. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
