This role is perfect for someone with strong clinical expertise, crisis response skills, and a passion for client advocacy. Role Description We are currently seeking a Concierge Team Agent to join our Concierge team! Proactively follow up with clients at minimum on a monthly basis to assess for efficacy of recommended interventions and ongoing care until treatment goals are achieved. Our clientele strongly prefer combined medication and therapy appointments; you have to be comfortable providing various modalities of talk therapy.
