This role is perfect for someone with strong clinical expertise, crisis response skills, and a passion for client advocacy. As a key point of clinical support during scheduled coverage, you’ll play an important role in helping clients receive safe, timely, and effective care while contributing to operational excellence and a supportive client experience. This is a part-time 1099 contractor role requiring Monday/Tuesday availability, approximately 16 hours per week. The Opportunity The Behavioral Health RN provides both direct clinical support and coordination that ensures clients receive safe, timely, and effective care. You will serve as the primary point of response for clinical questions, emergencies, and complex client needs, while also facilitating smooth transitions of care during hospitalizations, discharges, and follow-up. Role Description We are currently seeking a Concierge Team Agent to join our Concierge team! If you are customer service driven, excited to make a difference in the lives of others by helping them seek access to quality mental health care, and are results oriented then this position may be for you! Responsibilities: - Be the first point of contact for new or existing clients with kindness, timely/accurate responses to the queries. - Monitor and respond to incoming communication channels in a timely manner (ie: phone, email, text and chatbox) client inquiries and making every effort to convert them to a client in a kind, compassionate manner. - Understand our scope of care and guide clients appropriately; direct clients to external resources if they are not a fit for Lavender. - Handle appointment booking, including sending forms, verifying insurance, managing client documentation, sending lab requisitions, and ensuring clients have follow-up appointments booked. - Support all clients' needs and escalate issues when appropriate. Support for Nurse Practitioners: - Be proactive and responsive to communication with nurse practitioners in support of scheduling, clients' needs and communication. - Maintain awareness of NPs on shift and direct inquiries as appropriate. - Provide immediate response to symptom management issues. - Apply critical thinking in managing client concerns that are seeking support and escalate when appropriate. • Oversee and optimize workflows related to medication management, prescription issues, hospital coordination, and client triage • Identify inefficiencies and lead process improvements to reduce administrative burden and increase team efficiency • Ensure task management systems and communication protocols are effectively implemented and followed • Review nursing documentation for quality, completeness, and alignment with best practices • Develop and maintain SOPs for nursing support roles • Partner cross-functionally to define roles and streamline the end-to-end client journey • Act as a clinical liaison to Product and Engineering, improving EMR workflows and supporting NP training • Lead NP scheduling and contribute to workforce planning • Support and optimize Care Circle operations • Track and analyze operational KPIs, providing insights to guide decision-making • Step in to provide RN coverage for prescription requests during peak demand or team absences • Respond to clinical questions and perform same-day nursing assessments when required • Triage emergencies and complex care needs, coordinating across Concierge, clinical teams, and NP Managers • Provide client education, case management, and follow-up care • Proactively address client concerns, including direct outreach to resolve escalations and close feedback loops • Lead, coach, and develop a team of nursing professionals through regular 1:1s and ongoing support • Monitor workload distribution to ensure timely and effective care delivery • Serve as the first point of escalation for high-risk or complex clinical situations • Partner with NP Managers to align support structures with Care Circle needs • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational optimization • Design and implement onboarding programs for nursing roles (e.g., RNs, Nursing Assistants) • Define caseload expectations and support proactive workforce planning as the organization scales

The Opportunity: We are seeking both part-time and full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners to perform tele-psychiatric visits for clients based in Wyoming. If you enjoy working on a team with bright, ambitious advanced practice nurses and are seeking the flexibility and autonomy of private practice, this is an excellent opportunity for you. We offer a competitive 1099 compensation model and a supportive work environment that offers mentorship and training. You can build your own schedule within our operating hours, which are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. seven days a week. We require a minimum commitment of 16 hours per week.
