Role Description The IS Delivery Pre-Construction Estimator is responsible for developing policies for preparing cost estimates for product manufacturing and services. - Assess the cost-effectiveness of products and services. - Track actual costs as the project develops. - Collaborate with leaders from other departments to formulate estimates and resolve issues. - Assess cost and expenditure statements and other necessary documentations. - Primarily focused on administering established policies and procedures but may have some impact on departmental budgeting, strategic planning, and procedural change. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree. - 3-5 years of mechanical installation experience. - Comprehensive knowledge of the field's concepts and principles. - Able to perform complex tasks typically following established processes. - Possesses effective leadership and organization skills. - Ability to exercise good judgement and creativity. - Effective verbal and written communication skills. - Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment. - Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors. - Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary. Requirements - At least 10 years of experience installing mechanical systems or working for a mechanical contractor (preferred). - 5-10% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.
