Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with direct B2G / public sector marketing experience required
- Proven success driving pipeline and MQLs in a government or GovTech environment
- Strong experience with demand generation, ABM, and multichannel campaign execution
- Hands-on expertise with HubSpot or comparable marketing automation platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting and campaign messaging
- Highly organized, data driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently, manage ambiguity, and drive initiatives from idea to execution
- Confident communicator with experience presenting to senior leaders, cross functional partners, or external audiences.
