Qualifications - 5–7+ years of experience in Procurement Operations, Procurement, or related roles. - 1–3+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity, with a track record of coaching and developing junior to mid-level talent. - Proven ability to manage a team's workflow in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. - Strong experience with procurement systems (Astra, Coupa, Ironclad, or similar tools). - Experience designing and optimizing procurement processes and operating models. - Extensive experience working with Finance, Legal, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders. - Fluency in English as a working language is required for this position. Qualifications - 5+ years as a Product Manager in a hardware or hardware-enabled SaaS environment (devices/peripherals/accessories), with at least 1–2 launches shipped end-to-end. - Demonstrated ownership of the full hardware lifecycle: Discovery → Requirements → Selection → Testing → Launch → Iteration → Deprecation. - Direct experience Hospitality workflows: Payments, POS, Mobile POS, Kitchen Display Systems, Kiosk, Networking. - Cross-functional leadership across Product, Design, Ops/Supply Chain, Support, GTM.
