Senior Data Risk Specialist
Fragomen
• Execute and support data risk identification, assessment, lifecycle management, and control activities by maintaining the data risk register. • Support governance artifacts and contribute to risk reporting. • Partner with stakeholders to address data risks across processes and systems. • Maintain and update the data risk register, including risk descriptions and impact assessments. • Assist in the development, documentation, and maintenance of data risk policies, standards, and procedures. • Support regulatory, audit, and compliance inquiries related to data risk. • Contribute to risk reporting, metrics, and management summaries.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data risk, enterprise risk, operational risk, data governance, compliance, or related disciplines.
- Experience maintaining risk registers and supporting risk assessments.
- Working knowledge of data management concepts, data quality, data lifecycle, etc.
- Experience drafting or contributing to policies, procedures, standards, or governance artifacts.
- Familiarity with risk and control frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication/collaboration skills.
- Strong organization, problem solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Experience with preparation of materials/presentations for executive level reading (PowerPoint and writing skills).

Role Description Le Syndicat Mixte Baie de Somme Grand Littoral Picard recrute un(e) Directeur(rice) de l’aménagement du territoire et de la prévention des risques. - Participer à la définition de la politique d’aménagement du territoire et du littoral. - Piloter l’ensemble des moyens nécessaires à sa mise en œuvre. - Coordonner des projets en maîtrise d’ouvrage directe et en assistance à maîtrise d’ouvrage. - Encadrer une équipe de 14 agents constituée en 3 pôles principaux : - Aménagement et développement du territoire - Littoral et prévention des risques - Plan vélo/pistes cyclables - Articuler les actions avec la direction de l’environnement en charge de la gestion des Espaces Naturels. - S'appuyer sur les services supports juridique, financier, RH, et communication. Qualifications - Formation supérieure en aménagement, urbanisme, gestion du littoral ou ingénieur. - Expérience de la gestion des problématiques de gestion du littoral ou GEMAPI (démarche PAPI notamment). - Bonnes connaissances des règles et procédures administratives en matière d’aménagement et de marchés publics. - Expérience du montage des dossiers de financement et des environnements réglementaires complexes. - Expérience de la conduite de projet d’aménagement : capacité à organiser, planifier et respecter les délais. - Excellent relationnel et capacité à fédérer les acteurs (collectivités, services de l’Etat, investisseurs, …). - Manager reconnu : capacité à fédérer, à animer des équipes et à développer les conditions d’un travail collaboratif. - Capacités d’analyse et de synthèse, rigueur et disponibilité.
