Role Description Le Syndicat Mixte Baie de Somme Grand Littoral Picard recrute un(e) Directeur(rice) de l’aménagement du territoire et de la prévention des risques. - Participer à la définition de la politique d’aménagement du territoire et du littoral. - Piloter l’ensemble des moyens nécessaires à sa mise en œuvre. - Coordonner des projets en maîtrise d’ouvrage directe et en assistance à maîtrise d’ouvrage. - Encadrer une équipe de 14 agents constituée en 3 pôles principaux : - Aménagement et développement du territoire - Littoral et prévention des risques - Plan vélo/pistes cyclables - Articuler les actions avec la direction de l’environnement en charge de la gestion des Espaces Naturels. - S'appuyer sur les services supports juridique, financier, RH, et communication. Qualifications - Formation supérieure en aménagement, urbanisme, gestion du littoral ou ingénieur. - Expérience de la gestion des problématiques de gestion du littoral ou GEMAPI (démarche PAPI notamment). - Bonnes connaissances des règles et procédures administratives en matière d’aménagement et de marchés publics. - Expérience du montage des dossiers de financement et des environnements réglementaires complexes. - Expérience de la conduite de projet d’aménagement : capacité à organiser, planifier et respecter les délais. - Excellent relationnel et capacité à fédérer les acteurs (collectivités, services de l’Etat, investisseurs, …). - Manager reconnu : capacité à fédérer, à animer des équipes et à développer les conditions d’un travail collaboratif. - Capacités d’analyse et de synthèse, rigueur et disponibilité.

• Effectively and efficiently manages liability claims, including hospital and employed physician claims • Acts as BSMH representative at pre-trial hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials • Manages and directs defense counsel in accordance with organizational objectives and goals • Independently evaluates, reserves, and resolves claims and litigated matters within designated authority • Utilizes risk investigations and expert reviews to evaluate legal liability and causation • Assigns appropriate defense counsel depending on venue, claim type, and potential claim value • Works closely with insurance staff when coverage issues arise • Sets accurate financial reserves based on experience and reserving formula in a timely manner • Works closely with market and group senior leaders to explain the evaluation of risks and alternatives

• Support ERM framework development: Help design, implement, and continuously enhance the ERM framework, policies, and procedures in alignment with regulatory expectations and industry standards. • Drive risk identification and assessment: Lead risk identification and assessment initiatives across business units so you maintain a comprehensive, enterprise-wide view of risks. • Support ERM governance: Support various ERM governance activities, including administration of the Operational Risk Management Committee, the Enterprise Risk Management Committee, the Annual Risk Assessment, and Risk Appetite development. • Perform risk analyses and testing: Conduct quantitative and qualitative risk assessments to evaluate potential impacts on the organization and inform decision-making. • Deliver executive and board reporting: Develop and deliver risk dashboards, heat maps, and executive-level reports for senior leadership and board committees; prepare and present risk reports to both internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership, audit committees, and regulators. • Lead operational risk programs: Facilitate execution of enterprise-wide operational risk management programs, such as risk and control self-assessments (RCSAs), operational readiness assessments, and issue management, ensuring risks are identified, documented, and addressed. • Embed a strong risk culture: Partner with business leaders to embed risk awareness and accountability into daily operations; facilitate risk workshops and training sessions to promote a strong risk culture across the organization. • Evolve the ERM program: Contribute to the evolution of the ERM program by monitoring industry risk trends and regulatory developments and by introducing innovative risk measurement techniques and tools. • Advise senior leadership: Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on risk-related matters, helping them navigate complex issues with clarity and confidence. • Support broader priorities: Perform other duties as assigned to support the risk function and the organization’s strategic goals.

• Leads a Data Governance team that designs and refines governance frameworks, policies, and best practices; leads complex governance initiatives across multiple domains • Influences and aligns senior stakeholders across departments; navigates competing priorities and drives consensus on governance decisions • Resolves complex data management challenges, optimizes governance processes, and implements sophisticated quality and compliance controls • Mentors governance team members, builds governance capabilities, and establishes communities of practice across the organization • Translates KnowBe4's strategic goals into operational governance plans • Design and implement KnowBe4's enterprise-wide data governance framework, including policies, standards, data ownership models, and governance processes • Build and lead the data governance function by recruiting data stewards and governance specialists, establishing a governance council, and facilitating cross-functional working groups • Select, deploy, and manage data governance tooling to enable scalable governance operations across the organization • Drive adoption and stakeholder engagement by partnering with Data & Analytics, Business Applications, CISO office, Product, Engineering, and business units to champion governance initiatives • Establish data quality management programs, including quality monitoring frameworks, remediation workflows, and metrics to measure program effectiveness • Provide genuine recommendations as to the hiring, firing, promotion, and discipline of subordinate employees to which the Company gives significant weight
