Role Description La risorsa sarà inserita all’interno della Business Unit CSE di Bureau Veritas Italia, dedicata ai servizi in ambito Costruzioni. Con l'obiettivo di collaborare con il team nell'erogazione di servizi quali: - Verifica del Progetto ai fini della Validazione - Controllo Tecnico ai fini del rilascio della Polizza postuma decennale - Verifica CAM/DSNH - QA-QC - Analisi e verifica di modelli BIM La risorsa si occuperà delle seguenti attività: - Gestire le commesse a partire dalla formalizzazione dell’incarico fino alla chiusura dell’attività, garantendo il rispetto dei tempi e il controllo dei costi/ricavi della commessa previsti in fase di budget; - Coordinare la pianificazione e gli stati di avanzamento delle commesse a loro assegnate, la fatturazione e monitorare i wip, riportando periodicamente al BU Manager gli avanzamenti delle commesse; - Gestire il team di lavoro e i contatti con i clienti per le commesse a loro assegnate, intercettando nuove opportunità di sviluppo; - Garantire la qualità dei prodotti erogati ed assicurarsi che gli standard di qualità adottati siano rispettati; - Svolgere attività operativa per le attività sotto accreditamento e non. Qualifications - Titolo di studio: Laurea in Ingegneria civile-edile o Architettura; - Abilitazione all’esercizio della professione; - Conoscenza del Codice dei Contratti Pubblici; - Conoscenza dei servizi e attività di verifica progetto ai fini della validazione; - Esperienza lavorativa di almeno 5 anni in area tecnica (progettazione, Direzione Lavori, collaudi, servizi tecnici, supporto al RUP, ecc..); - Almeno un anno di esperienza con metodologia BIM nel campo delle costruzioni; - Sarà considerata un plus la Qualifica di BIM Manager e la conoscenza della normativa codice appalti; - La risorsa ideale è una persona dinamica, proattiva, dotata di buone doti comunicative e abituata a lavorare per obiettivi.
