• Monitor and manage BirchStreet-related inquiries submitted through the ServiceNow queue; provide timely and accurate responses to internal and external stakeholders. • Investigate and resolve BirchStreet approval matrix errors, ensuring compliance with corporate policy and appropriate escalation where necessary. • Coordinate BirchStreet system configurations for new hotel builds, including user setup, approval workflows, and catalog management. • Support property transitions, including ownership changes, deflagging, or shifts to franchise management, by ensuring continuity and compliance in procurement systems. • Collaborate with Procurement and Finance teams to assist in rollout of BirchStreet AP module in the Americas, including supplier onboarding, data clean-up, and configuration of approval matrixes. • Liaise with hotel teams and corporate departments to gather requirements, document processes, and provide training for BirchStreet system enhancements or new feature deployments. • Track project timelines and deliverables, ensuring assigned tasks related to system implementations and purchasing projects are completed on schedule. • Analyze system usage and user feedback to identify recurring issues or opportunities for improvement and propose enhancements accordingly. • Conduct testing and validation for new BirchStreet functionality, upgrades, or process changes prior to deployment. • Provide cross-functional administrative support to the Operational Procurement team as needed, including reporting, data entry, and special projects. • Create and maintain accurate documentation related to system setups, SOPs, user guides, and training materials to support ongoing learning and adoption. • Conduct system training sessions training hotel users, collecting feedback, and helping ensure smooth adoption of new tools or modules. • Evaluate other procurement or inventory systems when requested, providing feedback or comparison insights related to system functionality, user experience, and operational fit.
Job Requirements
- Hotel/Hospitality experience preferred
- Experience in organizing, tracking and reporting information, attention to detail is a must
- Has utilized Excel and Microsoft Suite in daily job functions
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills.
- Highly self-motivated and directed.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Role Description We are looking to expand our Retirement Risk Management EPL team across the US. We are specifically seeking an experienced project manager to lead and oversee pension plan settlement projects.
