Role Description This position works at Istanbul location in the Core Diagnostics Division that we’re empowering smarter medical and economic decision making to help transform the way people manage their health at all stages of life. Every day, more than 10 million tests are run on Abbott’s diagnostics instruments, providing lab results for millions of people. Our diagnostic solutions are used in hospitals, laboratories and clinics around the globe. The crucial information derived from our tests, instruments and informatics systems are often the first step in patient care decision making for hundreds of health conditions from heart attacks to blood disorders to infectious diseases and cancers. Main Purpose of Role: - A technical expert focused on the end-to-end delivery of the AlinIQ Digital Health applications. - Core responsibilities include complex IT implementation, testing, training, and escalation management. - Client-facing role requiring excellent communication, critical thinking, and soft skills to ensure high client satisfaction. - Responsible for the end-to-end implementation, testing, and training of the Abbott Digital applications with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. - Apply technical IT and networking knowledge to analyze user needs, gather customer requirements, and design integrated, scalable informatics solutions. - Must be able to multi-task and coordinate with various departments including sales representatives, lab managers, project managers, IT personnel, HIS and LIS personnel, internal and external vendors, and senior management. - Serves as an informatics applications expert for junior members of the organization. - Develops mastery of Abbott processes and leads by example across the Area delivery organization. - Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the quality system. - Adheres to and promotes the Abbott Code of Business Conduct. Qualifications - University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Medical or Hospital Informatics, or related disciplines. - Min 1 year healthcare industry experience or 4 years of relevant information technology experience outside of healthcare. Requirements - Technical aptitude in IT and networking. - Ability to analyze user needs and gather customer requirements. - Excellent communication and critical thinking skills. - Capability to multi-task and coordinate with various departments.
