Service Dispatch Coordinator

Role Description The Service Dispatch Coordinator is responsible for attaining maximum utilization of internal and field resources through daily dispatch of service requests by both monitoring and managing incoming client requests and dispatching them to the appropriate resource. Essential Responsibilities - Responsible for coordinating the schedules of remote and field technical resources. - Create and assign service requests as they arrive through phone, email, or other means. - Escalate support tickets related to technical solutions such as computer desktop and network troubleshooting. - Organize technician schedules to ensure schedules are efficient and productive. - Responsible for ensuring communication with customers as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages. - Act as a point of contact for clients for all types of service requests. - Monitor open service tickets and escalate requests to other team members as necessary to ensure the team is meeting customer SLA’s. - Report the utilization of IT Support resources and successful completion of service requests to the appropriate resources. - Responsible for ensuring prompt entries for time and expenses as they occur. - Where applicable, support end-users in same-call resolution activities (e.g. password resets). - Additional duties as assigned. Qualifications - Excellent Customer Service skills: such as telephone skills, communication skills, active listening and customer-care. - Prior experience in a Managed Services environment with knowledge of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide IT services. - Ability to match proper technical resources to technical issues appropriately. - Positive attitude, self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment. - Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively. - Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate entry of service request details. - 1-3 years of customer service experience. Work Environment - CyberSheath is a fully Remote work environment. - Work hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pacific (11:00 AM - 8:00 PM Eastern). Budgeted Pay Range $45,000 — $65,000 USD

Role Description This is a senior originator seat owning Hex Trust’s institutional financing book. You will scale our lending book by sourcing both sides of the market: institutional borrowers (funds, market makers, prop desks, treasuries, corporates) and lenders (family offices, HNW, balance sheets, and institutional liquidity providers) and structuring the trades that connect them. The role is P&L-accountable from day one: origination, structuring, pricing, and ongoing counterparty coverage. You will own the financing book end-to-end and work hand-in-hand with risk, legal, and product to build a scalable, capital-efficient lending business across digital assets. We expect the person in this seat to grow the desk into a meaningful contributor to Hex Trust’s revenue mix and, over time, to build and lead a financing team underneath them. Duties & Responsibilities - Originate and execute institutional crypto lending, borrowing, and financing transactions — collateralized loans, margin financing, repo-style structures, basis and yield-enhancement trades. - Build and scale the lending book: grow assets under loan, optimise utilisation, and expand the spread Hex Trust earns across the financing stack. - Develop and own borrower relationships across hedge funds, market makers, OTC desks, prop trading firms, miners, and corporate treasuries. - Work closely with the institutional sales team to strengthen relationships with existing clients and push/cross-sell financing products. - Structure, price, and negotiate commercial and credit terms in partnership with risk, credit, treasury, and legal; own term sheets through to execution. - Partner with risk and operations on counterparty onboarding, margining frameworks, collateral management, and exposure monitoring. - Maintain financing pipeline hygiene and HubSpot CRM accuracy; produce weekly pipeline, activity, and revenue reporting for management within Hex Trust. - Represent Hex Trust at industry conferences, client events, and on panels; act as a public face of the Hex Trust team. Qualifications - Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in institutional financing, securities lending, prime brokerage, repo, or crypto lending — at a bank, broker-dealer, prime broker, or crypto-native lender. - Proven track record originating and growing a lending book is required. - Existing network of institutional borrowers and lenders that can be activated from day one. - Deep understanding of collateralized lending mechanics: LTVs, margining, haircuts, liquidation, rehypothecation, tri-party structures, and credit risk — including hands-on familiarity with risk/collateral dashboards such as Haruko. - Strong commercial and structuring instincts; able to price risk, negotiate term sheets, and close complex transactions. - Credit-aware and risk-disciplined; comfortable working closely with risk, and legal on borrowing/lending decisions. - Crypto-native, or a TradFi financing professional with a demonstrated bridge into digital assets. - Strong written and verbal communication in English. Fluency in Mandarin is a strong plus. - Highly comfortable with AI tools (Claude or similar) and modern workflows; uses them to move faster on origination and analysis. The Role The District Manager, Sales is the primary GM field leader for retail sales performance and customer experience across Interior BC (District 4). You will: - Lead, motivate and influence a portfolio of GM dealerships to achieve retail sales, share and revenue objectives. - Partner with the Regional Manager and Regional Marketing Managers to deploy sales, marketing and customer experience initiatives in your district. - Build strong, trust-based relationships with dealer principals and leadership teams, acting as their go-to GM contact for sales performance, customer experience and adjacency revenue growth. - Serve as a data-driven business partner, using reporting and analytics to identify opportunities, coach dealers, and drive continuous improvement You will be measured primarily on four key outcome areas: - Drive retail sales and market share performance - Drive vehicle order coverage - Improve customer satisfaction and the retail experience - Support adjacency revenue performance (Accessories, Service, OnStar, Leasing) What You'll Do (Responsibilities) 1. Drive Sales & Market Share Performance - Achieve retail sales and share objectives for your district by developing and executing clear District and Dealer Action Plans. - Use data (sales, inventory, market share, demographic and competitive intelligence) to identify performance gaps and growth opportunities at both district and dealer levels. - Review and interpret the Dealership Operating Report (DOR) to pinpoint operational efficiencies and pathways for sustainable sales growth. - Share best practices across dealers to elevate overall district performance. 2. Drive Vehicle Order Coverage - Develop ordering strategies and plans with dealers to ensure the right mix, volume and timing of vehicle orders to support retail growth. - Analyze dealer ordering patterns and align them to regional strategies, local market demand and new product launches. - Coach dealers on inventory discipline and order coverage to minimize lost sales and maximize turn. 3. Improve Customer Satisfaction & Retail Experience - Help dealers build a customer-first culture by ensuring they have the right processes, staffing and training to deliver an outstanding retail experience. - Drive Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) performance, with particular focus on improving underperforming dealerships. - Support the resolution of customer issues and complaints with a constructive, "win-win" mindset that protects both the customer relationship and the business. - Champion improvements in the digital retail journey (e.g., online research, lead handling, appointment scheduling) and support implementation of retail innovation that enhances the end-to-end experience. - Promote and track product and sales training participation to build knowledgeable, confident and customer-oriented sales teams. 4.
