• Identify, qualify, and drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities within our existing customer base. • Work closely with Account Executives and Customer Success to plan and execute smart expansion strategies. • Develop a deep grasp of how customers use Synera today, what challenges they face, and where additional AI agents, features, or modules can create real value. • Clearly and compellingly explain new features, modules, and use cases — always with a focus on customer outcomes and measurable business impact. • Build and manage your own expansion pipeline end-to-end: from opportunity identification through deal support to close. • Actively bring insights from customer conversations to the product and GTM teams, helping shape future features, use cases, and positioning.

Job Requirements

  • Solid experience in outbound sales in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong English language skills (spoken and written) are required.
  • Additional proficiency in a European language - e.g., French, Dutch, or Swedish - is a plus.
  • A strong track record (e.g., consistently exceeding quota over multiple quarters).
  • Ability to pitch complex technical solutions convincingly (bonus if you have experience with AI, CAD, CAE, or engineering automation).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, cold outreach tools, and LinkedIn prospecting (e.g., Salesforce, Clay, Sales Navigator, Aircall).

Job Description We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to help generate meetings that convert to qualified opportunities to support early-stage pipeline growth. This role focuses on learning core prospecting and outreach techniques, that engage buying group members and develop foundational knowledge of ServiceNow. The BDR engages prospective buying groups through structured outreach activities, qualifies meeting interest using defined guidelines, documents interactions accurately, and hands off qualified meetings to the GTM team (s) for opportunity validation.
