Responsibilities for this position will include the following: - Supervise approximately nine staff members. - Serve as a resource for the Departments of Allied Health Nutrition, Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, Radiology, Multi-Specialty, IVR (Interventional Radiology) and Adult/Pedi Genetics for all Medicine departments (Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Family Medicine, Radiology, Emergency Medicine, Psychiatry and PM&R) in place of service UT Southwestern, CMC, Parkland & THR - Monitors the teams assigned staff's work queue activity, ensuring the queues are brought in within the expected 30-day metric. - Handles all denials trends/issues which have been elevated by their staff.
