You Have: - 7+ years of experience as a scrum master - Experience analyzing Agile metrics such as Cycle Time, Throughput, or Velocity to drive predictability and continuous team growth - Experience coaching cross-functional teams and stakeholders on self-organization, transparency, and Agile values - Experience identifying and eliminating complex technical and organizational bottlenecks to maintain team flow - Ability to lead all Scrum ceremonies and workshops, ensuring they are time-boxed, productive, and result in actionable outcomes - Bachelor's degree - Advanced Certification such as PSM II/III, A-CSM, or CSP-SM Certification Nice If You Have: - 5+ years of experience designing and managing scalable, high-availability infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud environments - Experience with Terraform, OpenTofu, or CloudFormation to automate resource provisioning and ensure environment consistency - Experience with Kubernetes, including EKS, AKS and GKE, and Docker, including cluster configuration, networking, and security hardening - Experience building and maintaining automated deployment pipelines using GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins to streamline code delivery - Experience implementing full-stack monitoring and logging solutions such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog to ensure system reliability and performance Compensation At Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
