• Responsible for leading, defining, and delivering data & analytics products throughout the Bank • Managing our data & analytics product delivery roadmap and backlog of issues • Executing agile data product management processes and procedures • Works closely with Data Product Leads, BU Spoke Leads (Product Owners), and Architects to ensure alignment with business expectations while optimizing data product delivery and maintenance

• Facilitate / coach the processes of work decomposition, dependency management and backlog management in and out of Agile teams • Support the Product Owner to ensure that the vision, scope and product domain are understood by everyone on the team, as well as possible • Support the Product Owner to do work breakdown to maximize and optimize the business value delivered by development team • Support PO in finding and implementing newer and emerging backlog management techniques • Facilitate Scrum events as needed / requested • Help the team in defining, reporting and meeting (by removing impediments) their goals • Facilitate team to visualize progress and achieve product outcomes • Ensure continuous improvement of Agile events/practices, by teaching new techniques to the team • Create and maintain an atmosphere of safety and trust through facilitation of retrospectives\kaizen and feedback exchange among Agile team members • Remove impediments to the team’s progress • Coach team in self-organization and cross-functionality through leading by example, serving others, etc • Help team to develop high-value products • Responsible for promoting and supporting agile values and principles throughout the organization • Coordinate interaction with other Agile teams and stakeholders across enterprise • Help other Agile teams and conventional parts of the organization build effective communications and interactions with the Agile team • Cause change that increases the productivity of the Agile team

• Support Agile execution and delivery cadence, including participation/leadership in Agile ceremonies (release planning, sprint planning, standups, refinement, retrospectives) • Support backlog hygiene and decomposition (epic/feature/story decomposition into developer tasks) and assist the Prime in maintaining delivery momentum and removing impediments

• Act as an Agile coach, mentoring and training engineering team members on best practices • Foster a self-organizing, high-performing team culture through facilitation and coaching • Guide teams in writing, splitting, and sizing sprints for maximum efficiency • Identify impediments and dependencies, working proactively to resolve them • Lead team retrospectives and drive continuous improvement initiatives • Support and mentor junior team members, providing feedback on their growth and development • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business value and define project scope • Manage vendor relationships to ensure alignment with business plans and delivery timelines • Plan project phases, resource allocation, and internal/external dependencies • Identify risks and mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution • Oversee sprint execution, manage scope changes, and communicate updates to stakeholders • Ensure vendor deliverables are on time and within budget • Actively participate in procurement and contract discussions • Provide clear and timely updates on project progress through daily, weekly, and monthly reports • Communicate blockers, dependencies, and risks to relevant stakeholders • Collect feedback to improve planning, execution, and team satisfaction
