Scrum Master, Software Engineering

Celestica

• Lead Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives for a multi-disciplinary DevTestOps team. • Track and manage projects focused on integrating Jira, Azure DevOps, and new engineering processes. • Coordinate rollout and maintenance of security tooling, ensuring vulnerability remediation is prioritized. • Monitor scaling and maintenance of Automation Testing Infrastructure and software build environments. • Maintain dashboards for visibility into build health, test coverage, and security posture. • Leverage AI to analyze software quality trends and predict potential regressions. • Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the delivery pipeline. • Advocate for improvements to unreliable processes. • Champion collaboration initiatives between DevTestOps and product development teams.

Job Requirements

  • 10 to 15 years of experience
  • Expertise in Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO), GitHub/GitLab
  • Knowledge of qTest, Selenium, SPyTest
  • Familiarity with security tools like BlackDuck, Coverity
  • Experience with software build systems (Jenkins/ADO Pipelines), Docker, Kubernetes
  • Coding proficiency in VsCode IDE and Python
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
