The estimated annual OTE (on track earnings) for this position is $159,500 - $190,900 USD which includes a base salary of $94,500 - $125,900 USD and 100% on target performance. Members of the sales team are eligible to participate in the UL Solutions Sales Commission Plan on day one and it is uncapped. The annual target incentive for this position is contingent upon performance. Compensation is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. Title and Summary Director, Account Management - Co-brand team About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Manager to lead and grow a co-brand program with one of our largest and most strategic North American issuers. This individual will work closely with issuer, co-brand, and internal Mastercard teams focused on sales, problem solving, and strategy.
