Role Description Miller-Remick is looking for a Sr. Mechanical Engineer to act as lead on multiple concurrent capital projects ranging from $5M - $100M across a variety of markets, with a strong focus on healthcare. This person should have a proven history of performing complex work with efficiency and little oversight, and have the aptitude to mentor, and provide guidance to, more junior staff. - Responsible for full execution of assigned projects from initial concept through bid documents and construction administration. - Manage mechanical design on multiple projects, establish priorities, and direct work of designers (as required) assigned to your projects. - Independently lead mechanical design, direct, and review other engineers/designers’ work while taking ownership of work as Lead Engineer for assigned projects. - Manage and be accountable for technical quality of engineering tasks on assigned projects. - Lead the development of project-specific technical reports, calculations, construction drawings, and technical specifications. - Exercise judgement, utilize technical engineering practices and techniques in the evaluation and resolution of problems when encountered. - Participate in project design and coordination meetings. - Responsible for communication with all other disciplines to ensure incorporation of all information into project requirements. - Directly interface and communicate (verbal and written) with clients and participate in client meetings as lead mechanical engineer on assigned projects. - CA effort includes engineering site visitation, field report documentation, submittal review, response to project RFI’s, and review of mechanical change order requests along with coordination with client, contractors, and subcontractors on assigned projects. - Conduct and lead mechanical field surveys of existing conditions and prepare field reporting. - Collaborate and fully coordinate with multi-discipline project team of internal and external architects and engineers. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering. - Professional Engineer License preferred. - Minimum 10 years of related experience in new construction, renovations, and/or additions. - Experience in hospitals and healthcare, military bases, government buildings and courthouses, research laboratories, central steam and chilled water plants, corrections facilities, and/or site utility infrastructure highly valued. - Knowledge of building codes and material design standards. - Proficient with REVIT, AutoCAD and Trane Trace load calculation software. - Capable of working individually, and in a team environment with the ability to thrive in collaborative work. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to solve problems and develop solutions. - Ability to effectively meet project deadlines and budgets at expected quality. - Travel to client sites as required. Role Description We’re looking for a detail-oriented and technically capable Mechanical/HVAC Fabrication VA to support our fabrication and project delivery team. This role is ideal for someone with strong HVAC drafting and fabrication experience who can independently interpret mechanical drawings, complete accurate take-offs, and produce fabrication-ready outputs. You’ll work closely with engineers, project managers, and fabrication teams to help keep projects moving efficiently and accurately. Role Description We are looking for either a Senior Staff or Principal Digital Design Engineer to join the Impinj RAIN RFID Reader IC Engineering team to own the microarchitecture definition and front-end implementation of key subsystems for Impinj’s next generation of Reader ICs. In this position, you will use your experience in SoC subsystem definition, IP block microarchitecture, digital design and design for tests to take Impinj’s next generation of Reader ICs from concept through to production. - Lead/own the microarchitecture definition and subsystem development for key IP blocks of Impinj’s next-generation RAIN RFID Reader ICs—from concept through parameterized design implementation, silicon test and characterization, and high-volume production. - Collaborate with Product Management and Systems Engineering to define innovative features and performance targets that extend Impinj’s leadership in the Reader IC market. - Leverage your broad knowledge of state-of-the-art SoC Integration correct by construction Tools, Flows, and methodologies and work closely with the CAD team to significantly advance the Impinj Reader IC design flows and environment and ensure A0 tape-out production quality. - Be the SoC DFX expert working with the product test engineering team to ensure scan insertion is completed optimally, ATPG is run, and fault coverage metrics are generated and reviewed prior to tape-out. - Oversee product subsystem definition, design, and implementation to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of an industry leading RAIN RFID Reader IC. - Coordinate across disciplines to define priorities, align workflows, and remove execution barriers. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering, or equivalent practical experience. - 15+ years of experience defining and implementing SoC IP block micro-architecture and complex features, delivering parameterized, modular, scalable subsystem implementations for seamless SoC integration. - A deep understanding of state-of-the-art SoC design and Integration flows and methodologies including Design for low power and Multi Voltage domain (UPF), Design for Test (Scan insertion, ATPG, Fault grading), IP and SoC Register map creation/integration (.XML), Timing constraint generation, Cross Domain Clocking, and synthesis flow timing convergence. - Proven success leading/delivering multiple complex mixed signal IPs from concept to first-time right tape-out and production. - Strong knowledge of microcontroller and system bus architectures (ARM and AMBA) including understanding of performance metrics. - Expertise translating protocol, functional descriptions, and feature requirements into micro-architecture and RTL implementation. - Strong proficiency with Verilog/SystemVerilog for RTL development, modeling, and verification. - Experience evaluating and integrating third-party IP such as Ethernet, USB, and DDR4/DDR5 controllers. - Demonstrated technical leadership with broad organizational impact. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
