Role Description This role serves as the primary enablement partner for BA/QA hybrid roles, helping teams develop stronger testing skills, improve requirements-to-test traceability, and adopt consistent testing practices aligned with the QA Program. You will work closely with Agile teams to translate QA program strategy into practical team-level improvements, while also supporting leadership with insights into testing maturity and adoption across the organization. Qualifications - Experience supporting Quality Assurance, Test Management, or Quality Engineering initiatives within Agile or SAFe environments. - Strong understanding of software testing processes, testing lifecycle practices, and quality governance principles. - Experience improving, standardizing, or optimizing testing workflows, QA processes, and operational practices. - Experience mentoring, coaching, and enabling teams on testing best practices, quality processes, test design, and quality maturity improvement initiatives. - Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with experience supporting reporting, dashboards, metrics, or testing visibility initiatives. - A continuous improvement mindset with adaptability, initiative, and communication skills needed to help mature and scale organizational quality practices. - Ability to promote a collaborative culture, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do. - Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico. Requirements - Drive QA Standards & Tool Adoption: - Partner with ARTs and delivery teams to implement standardized QA practices, testing phases, terminology, and test management processes. - Analyze QA Program Metrics: - Develop and analyze dashboards and reporting that provide visibility into test coverage, traceability, quality trends, and adoption metrics. - Coach Teams on Quality Practices: - Collaborate with delivery teams to strengthen test design, validation approaches, risk-based testing, integration/end-to-end testing, and requirements traceability. - Train and Upskill: - Support training, coaching, and enablement activities for BA/QA hybrid roles and delivery teams to improve testing consistency and quality maturity. - Support Continuous Improvement: - Identify opportunities to improve QA processes, workflows, reporting, and operational effectiveness across the organization. - Support QA Program Reporting: - Partner with QA Program leadership to support governance, reporting, operationalization, and enterprise quality maturity initiatives. • Manage daily and monthly mortgage remittance processing. • Determine proper allocation of borrower payments to: NQM Prior loan owners Investors Purchasers of loans • Review and validate payment data received from sub-servicers. • Ensure timely and accurate remittance of principal, interest, escrow, and fees. • Reconcile custodial and remittance accounts. • Investigate discrepancies, unapplied funds, suspense balances, and payment breaks. • Research payment ownership issues related to: Loan purchases and sales Servicing transfers Effective date changes Investor reporting • Serve as a primary contact for sub-servicer remittance activity. • Review remittance reports and payment files for accuracy. • Escalate and resolve discrepancies with sub-servicer partners. • Monitor remittance timelines and reporting requirements. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly remittance reports. • Maintain documentation and audit support for remittance activity. • Assist with process improvements and operational controls. • Support internal and external audits as needed.

• Independently deliver analytical projects across the consumer credit lifecycle, including acquisition, account management and collections • Build statistical and machine learning models through all phases of development, from design through training, evaluation, validation and implementation • Use a broad set of technologies: SQL, PySpark, Python, AWS and more to obtain insights from large volumes of data • Design and improve acquisition strategies, including segmentation, decision rules, and cut-off strategies • Translate findings into applicable business recommendations for partners • Collaborate with internal and external clients to determine the appropriate analysis parameters and performance measures to be applied, as well as requirements for decision tool and strategy implementation and monitoring. • Interpret results of analyses, identify trends and issues and recommend alternatives to support our goals. • Communicate with and deliver presentations to end-users on analysis results. • Produce implementation plans and participate in audits to help implement statistical models and other decision tools. • Help develop analytic and data products and services, and the enhancement of current processes and offerings.

Role Description ArchWell Health is seeking a Senior Accounting Analyst to play an integral role in the accounting function at our rapidly growing company. This position will assist in data reconciliation and analysis, as well as general accounting functions such as preparing and recording accounting transactions as part of financial close to ensure the integrity of accounting records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with GAAP.
