Role Description This role serves as the primary enablement partner for BA/QA hybrid roles, helping teams develop stronger testing skills, improve requirements-to-test traceability, and adopt consistent testing practices aligned with the QA Program. You will work closely with Agile teams to translate QA program strategy into practical team-level improvements, while also supporting leadership with insights into testing maturity and adoption across the organization. Qualifications - Experience supporting Quality Assurance, Test Management, or Quality Engineering initiatives within Agile or SAFe environments. - Strong understanding of software testing processes, testing lifecycle practices, and quality governance principles. - Experience improving, standardizing, or optimizing testing workflows, QA processes, and operational practices. - Experience mentoring, coaching, and enabling teams on testing best practices, quality processes, test design, and quality maturity improvement initiatives. - Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with experience supporting reporting, dashboards, metrics, or testing visibility initiatives. - A continuous improvement mindset with adaptability, initiative, and communication skills needed to help mature and scale organizational quality practices. - Ability to promote a collaborative culture, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do. - Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico. Requirements - Drive QA Standards & Tool Adoption: - Partner with ARTs and delivery teams to implement standardized QA practices, testing phases, terminology, and test management processes. - Analyze QA Program Metrics: - Develop and analyze dashboards and reporting that provide visibility into test coverage, traceability, quality trends, and adoption metrics. - Coach Teams on Quality Practices: - Collaborate with delivery teams to strengthen test design, validation approaches, risk-based testing, integration/end-to-end testing, and requirements traceability. - Train and Upskill: - Support training, coaching, and enablement activities for BA/QA hybrid roles and delivery teams to improve testing consistency and quality maturity. - Support Continuous Improvement: - Identify opportunities to improve QA processes, workflows, reporting, and operational effectiveness across the organization. - Support QA Program Reporting: - Partner with QA Program leadership to support governance, reporting, operationalization, and enterprise quality maturity initiatives. Role Description ArchWell Health is seeking a Senior Accounting Analyst to play an integral role in the accounting function at our rapidly growing company. This position will assist in data reconciliation and analysis, as well as general accounting functions such as preparing and recording accounting transactions as part of financial close to ensure the integrity of accounting records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with GAAP. Role Description We are seeking detail-oriented and highly organized Medical Records Specialists to support a legal case management team by requesting, tracking, reviewing, and properly organizing medical records. The Medical Records Specialist will play an important role in ensuring that all medical records are received, reviewed, saved correctly, and ready for final review by the assigned Case Manager.
