Mid-level Financial Analyst

• Record client transactions, payment settlements, and bank reconciliations in the financial system within established deadlines. • Monitor receipt of documents required for clients' financial close process. • Prepare reports, tax calculations, and completion of U.S. forms as required. • Prepare and deliver the reports required for the financial analysis of each client company, including: Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable report; Cash Flow report; Management Income Statement (DRE); Revenue and Expense report by cost center. • Monitor client bank account transactions to ensure accurate recording in financial systems. • Ensure payments are entered into clients' bankline system and communicate with clients to authorize financial processing.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Financial Management — or currently pursuing a degree in one of these fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a mid-level Financial Analyst in a previous company.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Advanced English (will be assessed during the interview).
  • Experience with international financial systems such as Totus, NetSuite, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with international accounting systems such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms.

Role Description The Pre-Visit Planner oversees and coordinates preventative care services and community resources for patients and their families to achieve good health.
