• Participate in the technical development and specification of data center projects alongside engineering firms and specialized consultants; • Support feasibility studies, technical due diligence and infrastructure assessments related to site selection and project development; • Contribute to the definition of the company’s technical offering and market positioning in Brazil; • Support client engagement and commercial discussions by translating technical capabilities into business solutions for hyperscale, enterprise and carrier clients; • Manage relationships with technology vendors, telecom carriers, infrastructure providers and technical partners; • Support budgeting, procurement strategy and technical planning during the development phase of the business; • Work closely with the Australian executive board and the Brazil Country Manager on strategic technical matters; • Contribute to the future structuring of the company’s technical team as operations evolve; • Support the development of technical standards, infrastructure concepts and operational readiness for future facilities.

• Lead payroll operations for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with legal and contractual requirements • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships, effective communication, and high-quality service delivery • Manage client requests, define action plans, and ensure timely resolution of issues and inquiries • Coordinate onboarding activities for new clients, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with established processes • Monitor payroll KPIs and operational metrics, provide insights, and identify opportunities for improvement

• Record client transactions, payment settlements, and bank reconciliations in the financial system within established deadlines. • Monitor receipt of documents required for clients' financial close process. • Prepare reports, tax calculations, and completion of U.S. forms as required. • Prepare and deliver the reports required for the financial analysis of each client company, including: Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable report; Cash Flow report; Management Income Statement (DRE); Revenue and Expense report by cost center. • Monitor client bank account transactions to ensure accurate recording in financial systems. • Ensure payments are entered into clients' bankline system and communicate with clients to authorize financial processing.

• Support the execution and oversight of tax and corporate obligations in the United States and offshore jurisdictions (BVI, Cayman, Bahamas, and Panama) • Manage and respond to requests via email and internal systems • Track, monitor, and update processes through email and systems • Provide client support via email and phone • Maintain contact with service providers and government agencies

• Assist in the preparation of trial balances and financial statements. • Execute and manage spreadsheets and accounting reports, performing expense classification and trial balances. • Process accounts receivable and accounts payable write-offs in the tax module of the Domínio system, according to supporting documents provided by clients. • Record, classify, reclassify, provision, and reverse accounting entries in the balance sheet areas assigned by the Senior/Supervisor. • Analyze asset accounts. • Review bank transactions. • Organize documentation related to the company's accounting. • Prepare documents and perform their accounting classification. • Generate accounting entries.

• Work directly on the security of cloud environments and infrastructure • Lead and respond to security incidents end-to-end • Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks related to: IAM and excessive privileges • Manage secrets and credential access • External exposure of services • Implement and evolve DevSecOps practices • Create and automate security controls in CI/CD pipelines • Work directly with infrastructure as code (Terraform) to remediate vulnerabilities • Operate in container environments (Kubernetes/ECS), ensuring hardening and security • Implement monitoring, alerts, and security visibility (observability) • Collaborate with engineering teams to raise the security posture of applications

• Identify root causes and opportunities for process improvement • Conduct analyses and optimization initiatives (As-Is / To-Be, BPMN, VSM) • Map and structure processes with a focus on efficiency and waste elimination • Implement improvements and track results based on KPIs • Lead stakeholder alignment and support change management • Develop and maintain documentation (process flows, SOPs, playbooks) • Conduct training sessions and support users in implementing improvements • Manage the continuous improvement project portfolio (status, risks, and priorities) • Support decision-making with data analysis and critical thinking • Serve as a reference in process management and promote best practices
